Day 2 of my Camino in the San Salvador.
Not a great start. Lots of hours walking in pavement, but the Camino didn’t disappoint.
Today’s etapa was one of the most beautiful sights I’ve ever seen.

Fantastic scenery. I can’t wait, I’ll be hitting that trail around mid June, starting from Madrid June 1st and heading for the Norte. Thanks for the adventure.

Been looking at this Trail/Camino. But I’m a Backpacker/wild camper. Carry todos equipos. Why is your pack so heavy if you are using Albergues?
My Pack is always under 9Kg with all camping equipment

My gear is still somewhat old, and because I travel through Europe after my Caminos, I have to pack additional gear.
I could save a few kilos by not bringing the drone, battery pack, extra camera, etc… All the electronics add quite a few kilos.
I also like to have a change of clothes (sweat pants, long shirt, socks and underwear) exclusively to sleep and give up the sleeping bag. Less bulky but adds a bit more of space.
What date did you start the path? Congratulations on the images and thanks for sharing
April 12th and arriving to Leon on the 16th
From Leon I kept walking on the Primitivo
I arrived to Leon by noon. Walked around town for a bit and walked another few hours for the day after that.
