Big 10 officials have been horrible this entire season. Time for all officials to be held accountable. It's pretty bad when announcers are seeing the missed calls.
They have been horrible for years. But it so call creates great games like this. Personally I'm not a fan of artificially close games, but it seems to be a popular thing these days so I don't think they have any plans to fix it.
@@kyleraymer5581 I understand keeping games "in check", but when you insert yourself into the game and it effects the outcome of the game, that is a problem.
Great game! I think MI misses on fast break opportunites by the PG waiting for someone else to in bound the ball on EVERY made basket. I played for Michigan HOF coach Mark Keeler who will likely also be the all time winningest coach in the state before he retires. I played varsity for 4 years and was taught that whoever is closest to the ball throws it in, even if it was me the PG and simply get it back or throw it to another guard but we pushed the ball up on nearly every made basket for a fast break. We could always pull it back but looked for fast break points on every posession. There were times in this game where there was an Illini down and we didn't push it.
Fairly sure the announcer incorrect on the that 'clinch'. But a great game in double OT anyway! Hunter was a monster, Bufkin super solid, while Shannon-Mayers duo scored almost half the total 91 points. Steals and in the paint points make the difference for the Fighting Illini. Coach Underwood rolled the dice by not putting Dainja back in to help with Dickinson, luckily worked out . . . Continue to be impressed with Ty Rogers and glad to see a solid game from Melendez after his season's big time struggles. Jury's still out on the offense for Hawkins, but glad to see him take it to the hoop, keep that up Coleman! Big game vs Purdue, then the B1G Tourney, then The Dance. Let's go Fighting Illini!
This was a good old Big Ten Conference battle.
I am so happy that Number 0 or terrence Shannon is my brother❤

Michigan's defense looks very soft compared to the Beilein teams.
Was at the game
I’m always surprised when JaThug Howard makes it through a whole game without assaulting someone.
Are you okay?
@@shwin. Michigan lost. I couldn’t be happier.

Michigan threw they were up 7 in overtime
True, but Michigan got a lot of calls that game. Hawkins got screwed all night guarding hunter.
Is Illinois on the big dance ?
Bufkin should of shot the 3 for the tie in the 2OT. Baker was off last night!
💕 love

“Illinois has clinched the regular season championship”??? Doesn’t Purdue have a better conference record
Bad edit... I think he finished his sentence with "... for Purdue. "

The Announcer clearly said Illinois before the comment. He's out of his mind. He also sucks and is annoying af 👎
Play-by-Play guy is so annoying 👎
