Hi April, excellent explanation. Tube fly is new for me and you make it easier to understand. I'll adapt some traditional flies for peacock bass using tubing fly tying. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Hi April. You taught a course - or 10 - for the Alaska Fly Fishers. I loved them all. Congrats on all you do. Come back soon!

Very informative! Thank you April. Truth be told, I wanted to start tying flies, especially tube flies for that exact flexibility you were mentioning, even though back then, when I lived in Sweden, I was spin casting only, until my fly tying mentor Per Lundstrom got me a flyrod and... the rest is history.

I find that out of all the flying channels that yours is welled rounded and extremely informative. I know have a new respect for women in fly tying because of your channel. I know more about what tube flies are, and their advantages because you explain in a way that makes it so easy to understand. Thank you for being you and the excitement you bring fly fishing. I love how you make your videos so personal about your life. It only strengthens your passion for fly fishing. By enjoying your videos with you explaining how you and your husband met, was so romantic not only because of the two of you meeting, but could see that you both have the same passion for the sport. Love your channel can't to see more, and never change the way you structure your videos, love the way you have done them.

I don't fly fish but I do pour, paint and tie my own jigs for Gills to Saltwater.I'm going to give these a try,it think I have a couple ideas that would be great for Crappie,White Bass, and Striper.I do sorta make something like these for Striper,it's tied on a Do-it mold slip jig and trolling lures and called a Sea Witch in the salt universe.
Now just to find a gorgeous woman that also loves fishing and knows how to tie....or just fish, she gotta at least fish and not be afraid to take them off her hook.....haha

Although I absolutely love fly tying. And all things fly fishing. These niche videos simply won’t generate many views. I wish they would, but then again I don’t cause I don’t want our favourite secluded nature spots overrun by crowds of googans
