    Thank you this was very helpful, this was my 1st time tying a tube fly and I did not understand the tapered part of the tube until you explain it.

    Good Stuff! Been tying on Waddington's for years and just starting with tubes. Sitting here staring at flexitubes I ordered wondering WTH do with them. All good now!

      I still use waddingtons on occasion. It’s nice to have options though!

    Any way, love the head on the pink one, how is thát done, is it just pink UV glue....?

      if you're referring to the very first fly I hold up, the head is just red hackle.
