I was an equipment owner sensata high school till retirement about 8 years ago I would know what to do, in that new Dozer there's too much. I guess these kids that play video games would not have a problem with all of this and maybe I could become accustomed to it but it sure seems like a lot of work and a lot to remember lol thank God I'm too old to do it anymore thanks all good video caterpillar. I also enjoyed the D3 with the Forestry mulching head on it. It's too bad they couldn't come up with a faster way to disconnect that to put the blade on and vice a versa it said four hours to put the blade on you almost need to tractors just my thoughts I miss playing in the dirt

My dad got us a brand new D5K2 model whenever they first came out. Enclosed cab with heat & a/c. I'm actually wanting to step up & go with a GPS on the doizer. Can you tell me what GPS Caterpillar recommend's & if the K2 models are 2-D or 3-D model machine. I'm thinking there
2-D,..but wanna know for sure. Also the GPS I'll be using & what I'm actually looking for will be used for earthworks. Any information you can give me on a set-up & sub station would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
