This is awesome! I remember in 1984 the fireworks display in my town played Neil Diamond's Coming to America, all the while a projection of the liberty bell was depicted on a huge screen. I remember as a kid growing up in the 80's that it was a monumental event on the fourth for me to witness. I also remember the Rock-a-Fire Explosion from Showbiz Pizza in 85' . Fatz Geronimo was a little creepy when those animatronics would burst into song at spontaneous times. Billy Bob and Looney Bird, Mitzy Mozerella, Duke, the Surfer Bear (forgot his name sorry), the mole used to bob up and down to the music. And there was the Showbiz Pizza birthday spider that would drop from the ceiling. Fun memories from my childhood. Sadly, I never won enough skee ball tickets to cash them in for a Fatz Geronimo plush doll. Those that went to Showbiz regularly probably had one or two of these, and maybe even the entire set. A few kids I knew in grade school had Mitzy Mozerella and Billy Bob. Out of those dolls Fatz was my favorite even though his animatronic life-size carbon copy on stage creeped me out. The RAF sure were ahead of their time and set the standard for creepiness. 😁
