You are the type of person that every hotel/camping/airport worker will gladly be happy to meet and help. Always positive and with a smile every day. People be like Marc on your vacation please. 😁
I live in rural Portugal Marc - today a Zero Rider stopped at my farm to ask for directions. Turns out he's had the same issues as you but they haven't been resolved. He's also had a new battery and software but is still only getting 80Km range. Doesn't sound like a good transport option ,,, Hope your journey continues to go well, we love your channel
Hey Marc ! The pieces of music before and after the cave visit (2:45-12:00) was really nice ! Keep it coming. Enjoy the tranquility. Trinidad & Tobago. West Indies.
Another great video, Marc! My wife is now watching with me and really enjoys your channel. I'm always impressed with the places you find and your cinematography. Keep it up, and thanks for sharing! Ride safe. Ride smart. Have fun!
Missing the “Krazy Kiwi’s” “Toot-Toot (hope Maree is enjoying her trip). At the sane time, nice to see the old Marc Travels for a while. Safe riding 😁👍🇦🇺
Considering all the camera gear, drones and charging equipment i think you travel really light. Ive always preferred a bigger tent than you use as i like my comfort. Really enjoying these adventures and Bulgaria looks amazing
That looked like a good day, great weather, great roads and a rather nice camp spot. (I would defo class Eve as a naked sportsbike, she got all the right curves in all the right places).
Nic (and I) love the 80s music you often use in your videos (not enough Sax in music any more!! ;) :D ). Also, I think you pack light for a "round the world"!! I have a mate on a GS who fills his panniers, top box, tank bag and has a bag on the back seat, for a 5 day trip!! For our recent 3 day trip, he had top box, tank bag and seat bag...no idea why so much!!
Interesting geology Marc. You no doubt investigated custom panniers for Eve but the cost would be too high maybe. I use my panniers a lot because as you know they keep your centre of gravity lower and give you more stability on those windy, wet, slippery roads :). They and their frames are easily detached on my bike and the Giannelli pipes swing back up to the upper position. Not a great fan of having a pack on my back for a 700km ride but you are a young guy! I'm sure I did the same back in the day! Greetings from Kiwiland.
I have about 25kg in two small soft panniers and a big pack roll carrying my camping gear incl tent. No recording stuff though.. In the end, everybody brings what they need. There are no rules 😉 Great work, ride safe!
Another brilliant video Marc, excellent editing 👍🏻👍🏻😃 And well done on hitting 50k subscribers 👏🏻 so surprised it took as long as it did. Look forward to next video.
Hey Marc I am so glad you like it! If you continie to direction north you can visit Vidin town with its fortress "Baba Vida". If you drive back west to where you came from, there is the Ledenika cave near town of Vratsa and also the Skaklya waterfall. P.s the weather forecast is not very pleasant for riding, mainly showers in the next few days, but you do have all the proper gear needed. Enjoy!
Great to see you posting more videos . Beautiful scenery and what an adventure! Hope Maree will be back soon. She is quite a girl to follow you on such a trip. Stay safe and keep making videos. Your fans demand it! Toot-toot!
Good weather again today keeping everything dry, long may it continue. Another very interesting and entertaining Vlog, looking forward to finding out about this campsite and its facilities but I guess you are too if you're staying for 2 nights. Will be fun exploring the area with you albeit from a distance :)
I think you pack super light, even considering the chargers! " I'd rather ride" - Great video, beautiful day and beautiful roads! And ... peaceful camping. Now you only have to tell the turkeys 😂
Great to see you back riding and camping Mark, the best thing with camping is you get to see a lot more of the countryside and also the sound of the wildlife especially the morning chorus, awesome scenery too. You must be a fit guy walking up all those steps with your backpack helmet and wearing all your bike gear. l too miss the Honda. Did you ever find out what the ticking sound was? Looking forward the the next instalment. Ps. Why do you have 2 sat navs working at the same time?
Hi, I don't know why Marc uses two Navis. My experience in Ireland trip with a friend, so we use two Navis too, was: If we had followed mine without correction, we wouldn't have seen the coastline. So I used my smartphone too and sometimes we had three suggestions. I use always a classical map for planing, to find the smallest roads and convince my navy to take them. If you switch to "direkt way mode", you need a bush knife. Perhaps Marc uses one for navigation and one for the overview. I would do it when I have no map. Greatings
Decades ago I met in Northern Algeria some guys with their super moto cross bikes, with my bike looking like a 30 t truck on two wheels. I was on the way to the South. They told me if you throw away all your luggage you might have a chance to reach the destination. I haven't done. I crossed to the West of Africa, then Central and finished the journey in Uganda. Everything is possible, whether it is with a lot of luggage or only few things. Just continue!
I had a Honda Blackbird back in the '90's , felt like someone was trying to rip your fingers off the handlebars when you went too fast. I have done small camping trips with a 10L tail bag and 10L tank bag. But that's a very minimal pack and I slept without a tent. Just bought a 30L tail bag so will have 40L total. Only a water bladder on my back. But that's without ev charging cables and multiple cameras, drones, iPad. I haven't tested the new setup for long trips yet so we'll find out if I can make it work. Also on a naked sport bike. I'm envious of my friend's touring bike but I kinda like taking the harder way

Marc... Question. Do you mix your own music for the videos or do you download stock music ? Or both ? Anyhow Great job . thank you for letting me take you though this rabbit hole of music questions. 😄
I think you need as much luggage for a week than for a world trip, it doesn't differ that much, I think. Even though, I have never made a world trip ;-)
