This little kitten is unforgettable. Many people who read about Joffrey helped support his recovery from profound cruelty that brought him to the brink of death. Sadly the level of animal cruelty seems to be expanding, so we must not turn a blind eye. It was unfortunate that necrotic tissue on his ears caused them to be trimmed, but those amazing eyes take over. Thank you to all those who helped him, and thanks to his adoptive caregiver. There's no question Joffrey is thriving and will continue to live happily and well.

Last I heard animal abuse is now a felony. I believe it includes cats. Cats suffer more abuse than most
domestic animals, and the cruelty is far worse. And it's the least-reported animal abuse crime.
