    终于来咯,很多人要求的“提拉米苏蛋糕”。如果有了手指饼干,这个蛋糕基本上是免烤食谱,没烤箱也可以做哦~今天我用了上期自制的手指饼干,秒浸在浓厚的咖啡里叠放成高高的蛋糕。隔夜冷却后,切开来内部结构像艺术品,好疗愈。每根饼干形成外部一层薄薄的咖啡层内部还看到蓬松结构哦,加上淡淡的马司卡彭馅料,巧克力粒,上面一层可可粉,苦苦甜甜的中合口味,喜欢咖啡的朋友一定要尝试哦~
    Finally, here comes the "Tiramisu Cake" that many people requested for. If you already have lady fingers biscuits on hand, this cake is basically a no-bake recipe, thus you can make it without oven~ Today I used my homemade lady fingers biscuits from the previous episode, dipped them in rich coffee for seconds and stacked them into a tall cake. Cut after chilled overnight, its interior texture looks like art, so therapeutic. Each ladyfingers form a thin coffee layer on the outside, yet fluffy texture in the inside still visible. Adding layers mascarpone filling, chocolate chips, and a layer of cocoa powder toppings, bittersweet flavors. A must try for friends who like coffee~

    30克 细纱糖
    135毫升 动物性淡奶油(冷)

      可能是打發得還不夠,需要多打一下。然後在隔水加熱時,要注意蛋黃的狀態,有必要時可以從鍋上移下來。主要是避免蛋黃因為太熱所以熟掉而打發不起來。

      可以用白醋或柠檬汁代替,但如果不放也无妨 只是放了能让蛋白霜更稳定一些
