Love your videos, I’ve signed up. Vegetarian is not optimal as I think you were hinting at, plant toxins abound, you don’t get the nutrition, amino acids, proteins, fats your body really needs, but need to supplement. I’ve been carnivore for 6 months, I’m 51 and feel like I did in my 20’s. Thanks for your videos and your dedication to helping people.
41 year old dad here, and grateful to say my thinking has been stretched and my training has been re-inspired since discovering your videos. Really hope to catch you in training soon! God bless
Absolute gold, and so badly needed in the state where I live, and probably many others. Reminds me of a quote by this somewhat famous guy: "No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." - Socrates
I couldn’t agree more for what you said. I did a little bit martial are in my late teens. When I get back into traditional Chinese martial art in my mid-40, it was hard. But through consistency, I became more flexible and stronger at 40s than when I was late teen or in my 20s. For example, I can do full split in my 40 when I wasn’t able to in my 20s. I am turning 60 in a few months. But continue to maintain and improving my flexibility and strength! Echo everything you said. I love to watch your videos and love the principles you shared (and I see the foundation you based are Biblical ❤️). God bless !
Im 47 and in the best shape of my life, I thought; until I came across your channel. Quit smoking 3 years ago and have been working towards the best me, ever. Shoulder injury back in 06, has never stopped me, have been slowly increasing my difficulty level of body training. Decided I dont age anymore. Thank you, Lee, for showing us what we knew as kids, running around and climbing around the way we used to, that should have never stopped. 🙏

I stumbled into your videos a couple of months ago. Likely because my interests in videos and training veered towards body weight training lately. I love your diversity of concepts and positive mindset presentation. I also love your courage to speak biblical quotations. Good luck in your journey and wish me luck in mine. Love your channel.
I'm a 66 year retired guy just recovering from a hip fracture, and wanting to strengthen and be able to enjoy outdoor activities safely with increased strength and balance. I lost a fair amount of that while recovering. I so appreciate the gift you share with others... the balanced message of nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, patience.... one step at a time. A lifestyle.... not program. The scriptures have wisdom that can be applied to all aspects of living. Blessings.... and hope as the opportunity arises I can join the community.
Great video, at 54 im struggling with weight, diet and depression issues. At 20yrs old i was 6"2 roughly 160 with 7% body fat. Now im 247 dealing with neck and various other health issues. I wish there was someplace like your facility in my area (King George Virginia)
Hello Sir. I LOVE your mindset and your videos. I am currently in my 77th and am a grampa to 3 amazing grand children. I’ve been Blessed to have had access to awesome chiropractic care for 50+ years. I have just relocated to Italy to be with my daughter, her husband, and my youngest grandson who is 5 years old. I’ve been physically active my entire life and am now working on regaining lost muscle mass and improving, never attained flexibility. Just this short note to say hello. I would like to get more involved in your training program. Thanks for what you’ve doing to help people. Be well sir. Ali
Not even 30, but great info for me as a PT and I like your videos more as I take them less seriously, and try to have fun with the new (to me) movements.
Awesome videos! I'm 42, a high school track and cross country coach and i still run with my athletes. Many people think it's the age... It's more of the weight gain and stiffness like you said. If you stay consistent and limber 42 will feel better than 22 if you stay motivated or have not had a debilitating injury or illness.
You and Lee Weiland are exactly right. At age 73, I'm considerably stronger than I was in my teens and 20s. And yet I could do much more in the way of gymnastic moves than I can today. What have I found to be the difference? I'm far less limber. And instead of 172 lbs, weigh 216 lb. And at 15% body fat, I'm not even obese. There's a point where bulk is not advantageous. Muscle density is the key, along with tendon and ligament strength.
@@higherresolution4490 awesome!!! I pray that I am at active and strong in my 70s and that I live that long. That is motivation and inspiration and I appreciate the response. Any tips you can offer?
I have never done alcohol, tobacco or drugs including legal drugs or pain killers. I'm 71yrs and in excellent health except many injuries to joints. I need to get flexible and regain and amplify my inner strength. I left corrosive relationships decades ago. I live with nature daily. I have to figure out how to get into training some how !
Lee, you outdid yourself with this video! For anyone who doesn't feel inspired by your words and video clips, Nature will take its course producing nightmarish states of entropy. They'll eventually see how such indifference produces exactly the results they don't want. By the way, you were very generous to say that 20% of the US population has good core development. Since I found your channel recently, I discovered that despite traditional gym ab exercises, my core is very weak relative to gymnastic demands.
Only 75 now and rebuilding my physic. Realized that all of the activities that I did in my youth need to be reintroduced into my lifestyle. Expect to be ripped and much stronger by 85.
I love the content and I totally understand that we need instruction, especially if someone doesn't have any type of athletic background. I do have a martial arts background, but many don't. That said, you will always have people who will use what they can from these and other videos because they can't afford any level of instruction and without doing something their physical abilities will continue to wane and they will get worse. What about the people who can barely afford what we have but may need some instruction to keep themselves from getting injured?
People can acquire what they desire given the right internal motivation, patience, and work ethic, including financial resources and physical training.
Loekman age 29 had some mobility issues in my shoulders anyway sir you explained in an other video how the shoulders are build structure wise along with the traps and working it true pikes and bridge push ups and those Kung Fu shoulder movement and some other stuff feels really great tho
Particularly when it comes to age, and the seemingly obligatory expectations assigned to each decade of life, most people have somehow adopted the habit of repeating what they've heard. No thinking involved. Few people actually ask questions predicated on analysis of unsubstantiated assumptions, beliefs and concepts. Anyone who uses age as an excuse is not someone with whom I spend time. At age 73, the only problem I have is the utter lack of facilities here in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa, Ca area. For example, there are no high bars in any gym or park. No parallel bars, for instance on the sand like when I was a kid growing up in Laguna Beach before the age of egregiously avaristic personal injury attorneys. Zero rope climbing facilities.
Hi Mr Weiland. Great videos. I'm 61 from Sydney, Australia. Would love to know if I can do your courses remotely, or is there a crew near me that does the magic that you do? Take care. Thanks
Hi Lee! My life’s dream is to be strong but training with you in persons gotta be more beneficial than online training. What in person locations do you have?
Daily support, archiveable progress video of yourself, group support, logs, customized materials tailored whenever is needed, drawing on screen, no drive time to gym or scheduling conflicts, doctorate Physical Therapists, too much to list
