I am a Navy Veteran and a retired police officer. I feel very strongly that Reality Winner is a victim of an unfair government and she is my hero by doing what she did. I’m ashamed I don’t remember hearing about any of this, of her, until I just saw a movie trailer and came to search RUclips to see what the movie was about. She sounds like an amazing human who tried to make a positive change and was punished by our government for it. She looked so strong to me in the interviews, muscular and healthy in body and mind. But once she started opening up and I saw pics of her in jail, she looked so different. Sick, in health and mind. It’s amazing the transformations we can go thru. I’m glad she is out and doing well. I’m ashamed I don’t remember hearing about any of this, of her, until I just saw a movie trailer and came to search RUclips to see what the movie was about. She sounds like an amazing human who tried to make a positive change and was punished by our government for it. She looked so strong to me in the interviews, muscular and healthy in body and mind. But once she started opening up and I saw pics of her in jail, she looked so different. Sick, in health and mind. It’s amazing the transformations we can go thru. I’m glad she is out and doing well. Why has FBI refused to arrest Edward Snowden for espionage ?
I have absolutely no sympathy for this person whatsoever. She took it upon herself to release classified information. When you do that, you are potentially revealing sources and methods for collecting intelligence on our enemies. She's not a hero.

What exactly did she accomplish by whistleblowing?
The problem is that president Trump did't want the public or election officials to know that Russian was planning to help him in the 2020 election, so he kept the information classified. She did right thing, I don't I think that I would have had the courage to do that. I wish her the best.
