  • Making your own burgers from scratch is a fantastic idea! Not only does it save money, but it also ensures you know exactly what goes into your food. Plus, the taste is unbeatable compared to takeout, and every time you make them, you'll have the chance to improve. Cooking is indeed a learning journey, and mastering homemade burgers is a delicious step forward.
    Ingredients used and instructions:
    Burger bun dough~ I used my white bread recipe, using cookie cutter to shape them to my mini required shape, cover and let them rise, brush with milk, sprinkle sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, bake on 190 for 15 -20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Beef patties:
    500g ground beef/ minced meat
    Finely chopped mushrooms
    Finely chopped red onion
    1 egg
    2 tsp bread crumbs
    1 tsp: paprika
    Brown onion
    Coriander
    Seven colours spice
    Six gun spice
    Barbecue spice
    Parsley
    Ground garlic
    Mix everything together, shape into balls, in a hot pan add oil and your patties pressing them down using soup spoon,
    Cut you burgers buns, put patty, cheese, tomato, pineapple, lettuce burger sauce and enjoy 😊
