- Fiona Bruce presents a special edition of Question Time with the co-leader of the Green Party of England and Wales, and the leader of Reform UK. They will each face thirty minutes of questions from an audience of voters in Birmingham. That’s Adrian Ramsay, co-leader of the Greens, followed by Nigel Farage, of Reform UK.

Sack Fiona Bruce also the audience definitely weren’t normal
Fiona Bruce is SO biased.
She says "I will not interrupt" and then she does time after time.
She said she will not interrupt unless she has to (because he's not answering the question).
A typical, biased BBC stitch up. Not one round of applause for any of Mr. Farage's reasonable answers to the questions posed but plenty for the most offensively and personally insulting questions. The BBC is a truly disgusting organisation and I will never regret my decision to stop funding it through the TV licence.
The bbc has rules around providing context to political statements
(2nd attempt at a reply, so with a few "amendments"...).

@@anonnemo2504 do you think the type of audience to be on question time would like Nigel? ( Assuming no actors etc)
This reinforces why I made a conscious decision to discontinue my TV licence.

What's a licence lol.
@@andrewgleeson8862 what do you mean ?

@@clairefarmer1 You do know you can just phone them and tell them you do not require a license, you don't even need to give them your name, you can just say your the occupier of your address.
There's no need to pretend you're not a reform voter, especially when you're getting needlessly outraged by something.
Nigel is all for skilled immigrants not dependent immigrants
Failure to build social housing has caused the housing crisis and rent increases. Under-investment in the NHS means no GP appointments and patients in corridors. Under-investment in schools has caused crumbling buildings and lack of teachers. None of these are caused by migration, net or otherwise. Government are at fault for fourteen years of austerity. You don't get what you don't pay for. FFS! it's not rocket-science. Get a grip people!
Nigel is all for Nigel.
Except dependent immigrants are not mutually exclusive to being unskilled. All "dependent" means is that they come with the person given a VISA - if they are of age, dependent migrants are still very likely to seek work (unless they are asylum seekers which the UK govt doesn't allow to work and which both Lib Dems and Greens plan to change). Migrants are more likely than the UK-born to work than be on Universal Credit.
@@dub604 I would not envy Nigel's position. And the threats against his life he gets. Only someone who truly cares about this country could put themselves through all of that abuse
@@internethardcase I dunno, I'd let someone chuck milkshake at me for a crack at an MPs salary.
Getting the impression the BBC doesn’t want Farage in parliament…..
Because they know the to licence will be gone
No one wants a fascist in parliament, well no one with any intelligence anyway.
That is obvious, and Bruce doesn't even want him on the show the BBC bias is on show for all to see.
I don’t seem like there are so many public audience in the show as there used to be.

Every question asker was anti Farage. So much for a balanced audience by the BBC! But guess what, Farage handled that hostile set up like a BOSS!
Go Reform!
He sounded like an idiot.
That audience are not normal people and Fiona Bruce keeps interrupting in an insufferable way.
Wow you sound like Trump pathetic, it was a car crash for the racist and exposed how little he knows.

The shallow comprehension of immigration by the audience almost appears intentionally naïve
Hand-picked audience probably told to give him a hard time or they don't get to speak. Fairness and balance not required.
Farage made some very good points one being Nuclear small modular plants being used and £20,000 tax threshold .
Immigration and racism only discussed in any detail with Mr. Farage. What a waste of time, clearly set up to discredit his party. What about more on defence, economy, relations with Europe, America, China, the Ukraine....far more important issues.
What did you expect people to ask about? Farage is Mr Brexit which was all about immigration and that inevitably leads on to racism.
Mr Farage’s party line is immigration. What else would they talk to him about.
@@MrDeadhead1952 So, to not be racist we must have more immigration? Okay, chuck.
Fiona: I won’t interrupt you
Also Fiona: you’re not getting a word in
I wish you could shut up Farage that easily
Because he ain't trying to answer the question... Fiona did a good job keeping him on the question at hand
She said she won't interrupt unless he doesn't answer the question.
Green Leader: “we must scrap all cars by 2030”
How will you do that? What will you pay people?
Green candidate: “no clue”
He didn't say that at all. He wants petrol & diesel-powered cars scrapped by 2035.
@@martinwilliams9866 I feared I may have the date wrong. Regardless, he failed to outline the mechanics and/applied steps that the policy would involve.
As it stands they’ve announced no method or incentive for how they’ll scrap cars, etc.
@martinwilliams9866 unfortunately this is what puts me off the green party... electric cars are no exactly affordable for many families and second hand ones might just about get you to your local shop, it isn't viable they will get that much better by 2035, also where is all this electricity being generated from? It's just not happening without saying to families you no longer have a right to a car, in the modern world that's completely unfeasible
The tories and labour aren't that far from this idea - they are both taken in by the net zero scam.
@@RudeFish33 Electric cars will absolutely be as afforfable as petrol and diesel cars by 2030 - BYD already produce 10,000 RRP fully electric cars which will have depreciated in value by that time (unfortunatrly Adrian didn't mention this). He did however mention that part of the phase out of electric cars will involve a subsidisation of public transport infrastructure as well as greater investment in it, so people aren't forced to own a car like we all are now (except if you live in London or maybe Manchester).
Clearly a set up, Fiona Bruce behaviour was horrendous,
Isn't the audience supposed to be a mixture of different political spectrums so it represents the UK,
Just started watching, You are totally right!
It's the same with every QT. Audience always left biased. Fiona B is disgraceful and has ruined QT. Tonight was another failed attempt to stitch up Nigel - they really are desperate.

Smart people cancel
The Green Party guy made me so angry on the immigration question. Totally out of touch with the people in this country whose living standards have declined heavily in 30 years.
The living standard declined because others' like the Chinese living standards improved, with 1.4 billion and 800 million middle-class needing a lot of resources that used to flow to Western countries, but not anymore, the government used to rely on debt inflation put an end to that, this strand will go on, no matter who's in power, one goes up other must come down, the river of wealth used to flow one way to the West than the BRICS come alone and started to dig on their part and they dig fast and the wealth started to move away fast, that is why the decline happen it has nothing to do with immigration.
@@MrManny075 Immigration post Tony Blair has been absolutely detrimental to the country, you are in denial. While more wealth has indeed shipped to the East because the cheap labour over there makes billionaires more capital but that is no fault of the people in Britain whose wages and living standards such as housing, schooling, hospitals etc have all been put under pressure by the population increasing by 10M since 1997. On top of that, politicians against the will of the voters have shipped manufacturing out of Britain to the east. People are fed up with your kind of lousy narrative and that is why populism is surging throughout Europe.
You live in delusion if you think immigrants are the cause of your problems. It's the rich stealing your wealth.
