For those who don’t know what to do trust me and try this … Use a working cable doesn’t matter ori apple or copy cable , connect with your device and open the device … press the back button of your device until it turns white … and now connect your Bluetooth doesn’t matter it’s connecting or not … (just please don’t forget the device which you connected before …) just press the device in Bluetooth if still not connected … press again the device in Bluetooth while it’s loading at the side of the name of the device press the back button in your earbuds device make it turn white again .. make sure the loading symbol in your Bluetooth and the apple device should be white both at the same time .. and now it’s connected… but it won’t be showing colour of charging in your airpod casing sometimes but in your phone it shows charging .. thanks .. hit like if it works
Hi, what if you bought a replacement airpod and it's not detected by the case so the pair won't stay connected and thus won't update firmware? When I use my friend's case to try, the other one is detected and not the original one. Any help appreciated :O
@@jp0705 I replaced my airpod pros yesterday and the easiest way I did was to remove the airpod pros from bluetooth and reconnect them again by holding down the button on the back until it blinks white and reconnect them again to your device. Mine paired with my case after that.

2:48 You don't need to scroll down to the "General" section. Just click on "Bluetooth" in settings and access your AirPods Pro information there.
