Agent - I drink and smoke everywhere, I have a bad weapon. ATP engineer - I don't drink or smoke, I don't build turrets or anything like that, I have a mask that is actually useless. ATP soldier - I'm a cyclops dodging the first bullet and dying from the second. Mag agent - I'm big, clumsy and scary, you have to try to kill me.
Actually if you read a screen in episode 7.5 you can read that ATP Engineers are more of a leader rank, with them showing intuition, intellect and leadership.
Ah Yes Soldats. In MPN2 their tac bars are good enough to dodge an entire magazine of bullets nonstop, and they just rush you down when your dizzy to get a takedown on you, a very classic enemy
My favorite AAHW characters are the ATP Enginners and the agents with black glasses, but the Soldats really live up to their name, they can fight Hank if they put their mind to it.
I like the portrayal of them in episode 12, especially that one blocking bullets and the other going toe to toe with Sanford in a gunfight. They arent as good, but maybe for a few seconds they can be on that level.
probably some sort of hitsquad sent after deimos, given that they were seen chasing him through hell; as opposed to the animations where they're usually the ones being attacked so they don't exactly have the time to prep and gear up

It's just that their method of suprise attack can kind of be noticed but to the unaware say like a rebel group getting ambushed.

When I first saw the Soldats, I initially thought they were half-finished engineers
Now that i realized, most ATP soldats, are the only ones that i saw kind of blocking Hank's attacks with a bit more frequency.
