    I dont speak Japanese but I still watched because I love the cuisine, maybe one day I will understand the ingredients and make it myself! ~♡

      I know most of them by look, the brown oil is sesame seed oil* the cornstarch texture one is potato starch. Umm I saw hot pepper paste let me relook at the ingredients again

      So additional to what I said above also Garlic paste, soy sauce, sugar, that's all I can tell from looking but ginger paste might also be added but I'm not 100% sure in that one. She put 2 brown pastes in slightly different color and my first instincts was peanut butter but that wouldn't make sense with the flavor profile she's building so ginger paste does. However Korean bulgogi you grate up a pear.

    にんにくとしょうが、チューブのやつでも出来る様とか、なんなら焼肉のタレでも出来る様に編集してくれてるのとっても嬉しい!!!
    しかもレンジ!!!👍🏻💓
    夏場の台所は暑さで料理する気にならないからめちゃくちゃ嬉しい🙌🙌💗
