So from video you can see that GPU usage for Default is more high than Custom settings, and in custom settings you can disable everything what you don't like. In first video about optimize was accent on just adding the game to Intel Commander Center for better gaming =) You also need to experiment with your laptop to find the best settings👍

Clean up your SSD. Don't store games in which windows files are located
