What makes it weird is that the indicator is actually a *modified* version of Vander, used very widely on NZ-style Schindler M-Series elevators from the late-90’s / early-2000’s. It isn’t that commonly sighted outside of here. Now if only this hotel had a ground floor and/or basements… The “G” and “B” characters are basically a dead giveaway.
