According to the manual exceeding 250C could invalidate your warranty - which seems low.

Does it come with extra grates if u don’t want to use the circular thing?… also can h buy extra grates?

You can buy a conversion kit for Elite, Classic or Gourmet models to make them 100% grill area, they are £100 though.
