    Vry.excellent vdo.lecture ma'am bt.in my opinion in performance management important points r clarity of objectives, extent to which it is well structured, extent to which it is understood, How well it is implemented nd extent to which it meets organizational needs,HR Audit on regular basis rt.from grass root level employees to top level executives so that concepts are quite clear to rectify the problem in a systematic manner in brief.Participative methods r boon for any organization or Industries or department etc.Communication skill between employees nd employer should be kept in mind nd regular follow up is required.Top executives should be humble so as to induce confidence in work culture in brief.Vry.Inspiring nd outstanding lecture 👍
