WUSHU TUTORIAL: Cross Stance

- XIE BU 歇步 Resting Stance or Cross Stance is one of the basic Wushu stances.
1. Cross one leg behind the other and lower your body into a sitting position.
2. Your front foot has to be flat on the ground while the heel of the back leg is lifted.
3. Keep your upper body upright.

In 1997 , i stayed in wushu school near shaolin temple for one year, after i travel around the World to practise another martial art, after 20 years i decide to restart wushu, i am old now 🤣 (47 years old ) and your vidéo are very good, thank you very much from Paris !

I started at 47 now 52 and my knee is fucked up apparently it's a hip issue
@@SkipinlLA Jaysus that's awful. Anything can be done for it? I was a boxer and done Taekwondo for years, ended up with Crohn's disease had a few operations and ended up with an ostomy. So that was the end of my training
