Y’all did Idaho right. I thoroughly enjoyed this series. Idaho has so much to offer, I couldn’t get enough of the mountains and river valleys, and can’t wait to get back up there. I’ll be looking forward to your next trip there and the off the beaten paths you take.
I'm in Boise area and picked up a new KLR this summer. Haven't been much further than Idaho City on dirt roads but your adventure has me exited for next summer. Great job on filming and sharing the trip.
Thanks man!! Definitely check out that area above Fairfield! Smoky Bar, Baumgartner, and all up around there! Dirt bike heaven!! Appreciate you stopping by the channel!
@markszawlowski867 ha!! He had em tied up pretty good. We got drenched the day before and they got wet. Air dry for the win!! It truly was the trip of a lifetime!! Don't miss the entire series playlist. The sawtooths were some of our favorite!! Appreciate ya watching!
Great video! The people who don't believe Idaho has mountains are the people who never venture off the interstate! I have spent my entire life exploring Idaho, and still have a LONG way to go!
I enjoyed your video I really like the yellow, it goes well with the TDUB, I painted my racks and foot pegs on my 2021, I think yellow looks good and certain vehicles, the TDUB is no exception.
Appreciate you watching! The entire series is up on the playlist titled "Idaho '23" Just recently finished up the final video. We start in Fairfield Idaho (south central) and traveled all the way to Wallace mostly on dirt and what a time it was!!! This particular area here between Salmon and Challis was really spectacular!!! Ride on!!
Awesome scenery out there! Im wondering if a TW200 would serve me better than my Trail 125, Trails a great bike but bars are way too low and its just a tad too slow. I have a large trunk on mine and wonder if it'll fit on the TW? Thanks for the adventures, good stuff man! 🏜️👍🏼🇺🇸
Definitely both great bikes in their own way really. The TW can definitely haul some things with a tusk rack like mine or the like. It's not a ton faster, it'll do 70 or so but wound tight. Comfortable at 50 or so. Thanks for watching!!
Thanks Hector! She's a fantastic machine man! There's an entire playlist of our trip to Idaho. 1300mi on these little tdubs! Thanks for the kind words and stopping by the channel!!! Love the comments!!
Go check out the one where we go to my buddy's mine in the Sawtooths. Yosemite doesn't have anything on that backcountry. It's $12 to ride this entire state for a year. So far the mind virus hasn't ruined Idaho. I'll take it over California any day. Just my opinion. ruclips.net/video/2nqKYEg8BlQ/видео.htmlsi=jDCZWWpivYw1gkbu
I will say, 2001 and newer have a CV style carb that really helps adjust itself for elevation. 00 back may be affected more by it. The difference is 01 and never vacuum raises the metering needle and 00 back your hand is directly hooked to the needle by the throttle.
@@PSBEadventures I didn't know that the CV carbs do better than the slide carbs at adjusting for changes in elevation, so that's great info! I have an '05 with the CV carb. I will be going to Colorado in October and am trying to prepare my TW with the standard carb jets (Ohio elevation). I may take a main jet and pilot jet one size smaller along with me in case I am riding over 10,500 feet and need them. Thank you!
another great ride! you guys are great ambassadors. thanks for showing us this awesome landscape.
Thanks for watching man!! It's too great of a landscape not to share!!
You guys are making me want to take my TDub to Idaho! Actually, it’s so pretty I kinda want to move there! Great series of videos!
@msims1250 yep! Get out there man! Videos are great but truly don't do it justice!!!
Absolutely beautiful views I need to visit Idaho and Utah
Yep!!! Get out there!!!!

Can't wait man! Ready to come back the minute the trip was over. Appreciate you following along!
Great video, that area is absolutely stunning!!!
Thanks for watching man! It absolutely is a fantastic area!!! That rain storm hit different than out here! Couldn't outrun it for anything!
@@PSBEadventures I know that all too well! 😄

I kept thinking those boots on the back of the bike were going to make a break for freedom 😅. What an adventure gents.

Also on the low bars, check with Procycle and see if they can hook you up with some universal bar risers maybe
That yellow TW looks the part. Such a beautiful video, greetings from Spain

I like that yellow gold tw.😊
Thanks, it's an 01. Originally white. Someone did an excellent job painting it!
Cold chills? Ride through Yosemite National park.

Where do you rent your bikes in Idaho?
We brought these out with us. These are our personal bikes. We have friends in Southern Idaho and enjoy visiting and riding with them as well
Did you need to re-jet your carbs?
We were good up to 10500. A little down on power but nothing major.
@@PSBEadventures Good to know, thanks!
