I've gone through 3 of these, not one of them actually works, on a 48v battery bank. Only 12v and 24, and I went into the app, and selected 48v, and the charger shuts down every single time.

you have not completed the proper training as this may need a firmmware reinstall

i think you can buy a Bluetooth Victron Dongle that connects to your Bluesolar charge controller

As far as i know there 12v to 48v controllers, not just 48v.
