- Incoming college freshman? Planning to study at West Visayas State University? Here are some tips that might help you during the university entrance exam.
For those applying to Political Science, I recommend that you show your personality during the interviews however, I must stress na wag na wag kayong magpakitangilas sa interviewer kasi that's a point against you.

Another tip: if you are running out of time and there's a lot to answers left. wag kang mag skip ng shade in every question, kasi its better to answer kahit hula lng kasi there is a probability na magkaroon ka ng check kesa sa nag skip ka na 0 talaga makukuha mo.
i wasn't able to do this because my paper was the first in my row to be collected 😭 buti na lang nakapasa pa rin HAHAHAHA

Entrance exam po pareho lang po lahat. Pero ibang colleges may aptitude exams so jan iba iba yung exams per college or course.

You have said that the proctor will let you write your 3 courses, it is possible that the 3rd choice that you have written in your application form will be your 1st choice? Or it must be the same what you have written in your AF?
I think it doesn't matter naman if what's the first or the third choice is kasi after the entrance exam you'll have the opportunity to apply for any of those choices.

Depende naman cguro. Kasi sa aming batch mag gen. Info kmi na exam. At kung nursing ka dapat maka kuha ka ng 125 na score at the rest 100 except sa masscom 90 or 80 ata
At yong batch na sumunod samin naging 110 ata or 112 ata dapat ang score basta ganon nagbabago depende sa batch

Hi! Sa wvsu-cat po yun yung entrance exam sa buong university, after that may kanya kanyang exams ang kada-college if nakapasa ka sa cut-off scores nila. Ang natatandaan ko nung wvsu-cat, yung lessons nung grade 12 talaga ang cover(pati nga contempo arts onti). And sa nursing aptitude test is parang knowledge mo sa sciences ang tinetest. If natatandaan mo pa ang lessons niyo nung grade 12, medjo okay lang naman pero pag wala kang idea baka mahirapan ka nga konti hahahaha (para to sa wvsucat). Hope this helps :)

Nakadepende kasi sa scores ng karamihan ang passing ng aptitude. Yung samin dapat makakuha ng 97% and above ata(?) not sure pero mga ganyang scores din naman. And after mong makapasa ng aptitude, interview nalang. Madali lang naman ang interview kaso dapat talaga confident ka pero not arrogant. Enjoy mo lang ang experience! Nursing is fun din naman, minsan magugulat ka nalang umiiyak ka na pauwi galing school 😂
