This video brought tears to my eyes. It was happy tears. I just loved the peaceful scenery and atmosphere. Your family is lovely. I recently found your channel and although I have been vegetarian for over 17 years and full plant based for about 5...I wasn't losing the weight. My body just was stuck at one weight. Now thanks to you kiki for sharing... I understand what I was doing wrong. So I definitely cut out the nut butters, oils, sugar and other sauces and I incorporated more vegetables in the correct ratio in my meals. Thanks for sharing. I feel much better since I made those small changes. Thank you again and stay blessed you and family.

I know for myself it was very stressful on me and I couldn't really live without opening my windows and going outside. Your tablescape didn't escape me...you are hysterical to lug that extra stuff along for a photo....but I appreciated the detail...so fallish. I will have to try zucchini the way you fixed it. And I feel like the 50/50 method was the last puzzle piece I needed to make this transition for myself and my family!!
