    About time someone stands up to these snub-nosed lawyers that are out there thinking they have some kind of badge of law. Good for you for standing up for yourself. You have every right to represent yourself without being disrespected and ignored where valid questions are being asked. One question, why are they able to hold originals for all this time? Isn’t it obvious that if they had nothing to hide they’d offer it up? Absolute shameful of these lawyers!!

      I agree that watching lawyers get beat up is fun but I suggest you look into the actual details of this case. This man's wishes about what the estate is and what was supposed to be done with it are not accurate. The reason this lawyer seems to be getting ripped apart it's because he's letting this guy talk and talk and further hang himself. He's filed hundreds documents, he's filed lawsuits that have been thrown out. The document he's disputing removes him from the estate. So, he essentially has nothing to lose and has made it his life's purpose to make sure if he gets nothing that no one else does either. It's actually a really really sad case. But, since he's not a beneficiary of the will he's not entitled to any original documents

    Eliot is my hero. He doesn't have a lawyer present and totally controls this deposition. I don't think that he ever said "I don't recall". This guy really has his facts straight and is definitely a nightmare for the plaintiffs attorney. He openly threatens Allen on camera about malpractice etc. He is a rockstar. I hope he wins and takes all these corrupt lawyers for everything they have. The lamb is eating the lion.

    Man I've watched hundreds of depos and this is one of the best I have ever seen. By far best pro se representation ever. The deposing attorney was so over his skis it was embarrassing for him, slimy little weasel that he was. I work with estates and probates in real property matters often and Mr. Bernstein knows way more than I even know. This was a fascinating watch. Thanks for sharing. I hope justice was eventually served in this matter and Mr. Bernstein was able to eventually mourn the loss of his parents without the pall of fighting for the estate tarnishing the grieving process. So sad.

    Omg! 😂 I’m 58 minutes in so far and this is the craziest deposition EVER! That lawyer DEFINITELY threw that piece of paper at him. The lawyer was just mad because he was defending himself & seems to know a little bit about the law. The lawyer haaaaaaates it. 😩😂

    • @Theakker3B
      @Theakker3B 5 лет назад +3

      @@BrainsOverBeauty444 It's a piece of paper that was dropped in front of him. If you are someone who cries over that and claims it was "thrown" at you, then you are a petty piece of shit. And why are you pointing out "aggressive and contemptuous" behavior when the Bernstein guy acts like a resentful prick the entire time?

    This guy ought to be a lawyer 😅 “come on Alan” 😂 he loves the word fiduciary 🤣

  • @trclm26
    @trclm26 5 лет назад +10

    I am a beneficiary that has been getting this same run around for 6 years. The fiduciary in my case has squandered the assets of the estate and ran and hid. The problem with a criminal like this is that it will cost so much to fight and prosecute the crime it is easy to overlook it, but I am fighting with the estate attorney just like this guy, our estate attorney is just as combative and offers the same black hole as transparency.

  • @mk202

    • @eliotbernstein
      @eliotbernstein  7 лет назад +24

      Yes, when it involves the possible murder of my father and Donald Trump's friend, Mitchell Huhem found dead in my father's illegally probated home days after moving in, yes, I am pissed at these people. The home sold through a fraudulent land trust scheme that Rose and attorney Lawrence "Larry" Pino concocted and his head was blown completely off with a shotgun in the garage days after he moved in and as I was exposing such scheme to Feds and Federal Judge Honorable John Robert Blakey. And remember it is my brother Ted Bernstein who alleges the day my father died he was murdered by his girlfriend and the Sheriff shows up at my father's house hours later and an autopsy is ordered by my brother. However, the autopsy failed to run a poison heavy metal test until over a year later when I demanded one as my brother and a few others claimed his girlfriend had poisoned him somehow. So yes, I am upset and until Justice is served I will remain so but I remain steadfast that once we get rid of some scum in the swamp it will be.

      This is how it works when the deposer is acting to further a criminal conspiracy which involves the alleged murder of my father. Where my brother Ted Bernstein Who claimed my father was murdered on the day he died and his attorney Allan B. Rose Are using the deposition in the court as a weapon to attack the person who is exposing their crimes, me. As with all depositions I’ve been involved and where criminals disguised as lawyers are Misusing the courts everything gets turned upside down in their depos see iviewit.tv/CompanyDocs/Depositions%20BOOKMARKED%20SEARCHABLE%20with%20hyperlink%20comments.pdf

      @@eliotbernstein Hi sir. I am interested to know how your case is going. Also I would like to ask why did you not hire an attorney as well. I know they all can't be crooked and in such a in depth case wouldn't you want someone well versed in the law on your side. Good luck with your case sir
