So, he essentially has nothing to lose and has made it his life's purpose to make sure if he gets nothing that no one else does either. It's actually a really really sad case. But, since he's not a beneficiary of the will he's not entitled to any original documents

Man I've watched hundreds of depos and this is one of the best I have ever seen. By far best pro se representation ever.
