Yep the Iron Man Trilogy is perfect just like both Toy Story and Kung Fu Pandas were so IN2 post credits scene is the best change having few others rather just nick fury. Great job man.
Also how does winter solider stay the same if they face hydra in avengers hail hydra? That defeats the purpose of hydra having became successful and controlled most of the world since after ww2

My version of the MCU would start with the Fantastic 4, followed by...
1.) Fantastic 4 - (Villian is the Red Ghost with the Mad Thinker as a side Villian.) The movie is basically an Origin movie about the Fantastic 4 getting hired by the Government/Military to use the Tesseract to achieve space (faster and better) flight. The Fantastic 4 gain their powers and all have different reactions. Sue and Ben wants to return to normal while Reed and Johnny wants to keep their powers. Johnny decides to be a hero, which brings the Fantastic 4 to the public eye, which also attracts the attention of Red Ghost. The movie ends with the Fantastic 4 defeating both the Mad Thinker and Red Ghost and handing them over to S.H.I.E.L.D.
End credit: Reed talks with the other members of the Fantastic 4 and they all agree to keep their powers to he heroes. Reed says "good. Because the Tesseract has been acting up" they then decide to break the Tesseract which reveals a glowing blue stone(I would prefer gems) that opens a portal and swallows the Fantastic 4, leaving the lab empty.

2.) The Incredible Hulk. (Villian is the Abomination and Thunderbolt Ross as a side villain.)
Movie is basically the same as the original (but the fight takes place in New Mexico, not Harlem New York) the end credit scene is Thunderbolt Ross talking to other government/military leaders about the rise of "villains" and "super villains" and most importantly where to secure people like Abomination and the Hulk. Nick Fury walks in (first time appearance) with Maria Hill. Nick tells them he has a spot for the Abomination. Thunderbolt Ross asks "what about the Hulk?!" Which Nick Fury responds with "we have eyes on him. As long as we leave him alone. He'll leave us alone" which only makes Ross smirks.

3.) The Amazing Spider-Man (villain is Electro.)
Pretty much an origin movie about Peter getting his powers and fighting Electro. Gwen and Harry are Peter's best friends, and Peter has a crush on Liz, which Gwen tries to help.
End Credit: Electro is locked up in a cell located at the Raft. Nick Fury tells Black Widow(first time appearance) to discover the identity of Spider-Man.

4.) Iron Man. (Villian is Ironmonger with Justin Hammer as a side villain.
The movie is basically the same as the original but with a few changes. Justin Hammer plays a part in trying to replicate the armor, after Tony decides to stop making weapons. Ironmonger uses this as another reason why Stark Industries should continue to make weapons. It is also revealed that the suit was reassemble by Justin Hammer. Ironmonger still dies but Justin Hammer goes to jail at the end. (No Nick Fury scene!)
End Credit: Justin Hammer is sitting in a cell (in a regular jail) before a police officer opens the cell and tells him his bail was paid. Justin Hammer asks who paid it, and the police officer replies with "I don't know their name but they wanted me to give you this" as he hands over a business card that says "A.I.M."

5.) Thor (Villians are Malekith, Kurse, and the Dark Elves.)
The movie is about Prince Thor, his Brother Loki, and the Warrior three going on one of their adventures. Thor and the Warrior Three mock(bully) Loki who wonders off and discovers the secret portals, which also accidentally brings the Dark elves back. Asgard is invaded(the queen still dies) and the Dark Elves steal a metal orb, that Odin later informs has the power stone. Thor, Loki, and others fight the dark elves who wishes to use the power stone to wipe out asgard in the next attack. Thor defeats Malekith while Loki and the others defeat Kurse and the others. However Malekith manages to throw the power stone through a portal before hid death. Thor is later banished for his failures, even though he saved Asgard, and is sent to Earth.
End Credit: Loki is wondering around Asgard before he is approached by the Enchantress and her bodyguard the Executioner.

6.) Antman(Hank) and the Wasp(Janet.) Villains are Darren Cross and Crossfire.
Hank and Jenet has been secret heroes for a few years, only battling low tier criminals before they witness Crossfire, who was killing someone. After a small fight, which Crossfire gets away. Hank and Janet call an old friend who works at S.H.I.E.L.D and ask for Intel to find out who paid Crossfire. Darren Cross is soon to be discovered and he is plotting to steal the works of other scientists and it just so happens that Hank is next. Hank and Janet defeat Darren and Crossfire, before handing them over to Nick Fury, who is revealed to be the mystery friend. Fury ask Hank to come back to S.H.I.E.L.D but Hank refuses while Janet looks interested. Nick Fury accepts but asks Hank to help create a prison to hold super power beings.
Hank and Janet agrees but continues to ask questions, especially about the super powered beings, which Nick Fury responds with "what do you know about Mutants?"
End Credit: Darren and Crossfire are broken out of jail(regular jail) by men in yellow lab-suits.

Last but not least!
7.) The X-Men. (Villains are Magneto and his Brotherhood of evil mutants(Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Juggernaut, and Toad.))
The movie reveals that mutants has been popping up lately, and due to cameras and the internet, the government can no longer hide mutants and are labeling them as uncontrollable and dangerous(so they can capture them.) The government even offers to have everyone tested to see if their mutants and if they are, should be registered. We are introduced to Charles Xavier, who was watching the news gather his first class of students which consists of Jean Gray, Cyclops, Beast, Angel, and Iceman to reveal themselves but in their yellow and blue costumes as a way to show humans that mutants can control their powers and use them for good. We later learn that Charles was actually on a team with Magneto(and three others but we the audience wont be able to see... yet) years ago, before they split due to Magneto killing innocent humans. We find out that Magneto has been building his own team, planning on attacking Washington DC.
Iron Man makes a small cameo before being thrown by Magneto. The X-Men come to the rescue and saves the president, which convinces him not to sign the law.
End Credit: Magneto and his brotherhood of evil mutants are all in jail and (yup, you guessed it!) Gets broken out of jail by Mystique!
2nd End Credit: Nick Fury is talking with other Military/Government leaders about the rising prison breaks in the last year. They all come to an agreement that S.H.I.E.L.D will now be in command of all super beings activity and will now be in control of all prisons.

And that's my phase 1. Phase 2 would focus on the hatred of the mutants and the Avengers coming together as they face off against low tier super villains. They'll be a few shows that I would release to run alongside phase 2, which would add further details and introduce new characters that I can't do in the films.
And just so you know. I have plans all the way up to phase 8
I love this so much, i didnt include the x-men in my original run, because i just dont know enough about them/i think fox owns the rights to them(?) but an MCU with the x-men would be fantastic.

So this is cool and all, but why no X-Men in this reboot when you have the fantastic four present??
I was thinking of maybe introducing them phase 4/ I just feel like it’s hard to have all the X-men characters written well without the longevity of comics

Lottle tip, the MCU will be rebooted after Avengers Secret Wars, if you want some real traction.. do a reboot slate of the MCU instead of this temu whatif of a video everyone else is doing but with a lot more detail and less generic cloched casting

No guardians of the Galaxy because they never bought out West Coast Avengers how you going to bring out guardians of galaxy before you bring out West Coast Avengers and guardians of the Galaxy was not tied into the Avengers they were morally tied into X-Men the reason why I said they was tied into X-Men because of the fact of Cyclops father
