Because of bars like this I stopped being a bartender and most of the time if you are trained properly to make proper drinks most bars will not hire you for the sake of they want you to make their drink not the proper way of making drinks and normally the bar owners or managers will make you poor drinks too strong because they want they say they want people to come back.
this reminds me of kitchen nightmares where they would have sucessful chefs who know how to cook right, and then make them cook the owners crappy menu and then punish them if they try to improve it. If you don't trust your cook or bartender to do it right the way they were trained, then why hire them? Might as well hire a random nobody with no experience then spit in a professionals face like that. Disregarding your years of experience for "their way" is a clear red flag of abuse of power and probably a failing business. 8:15 “lets let the proverbial shit hit the fan” XD
Happy hour apparently took on a whole new meaning...except for the owners.
6:08 always kills me
16:21 me after completing a long crossword puzzle
I'm so blessed to be clean and sober for over a year. Make no mistake tho, I know 1 wrong decision and I'll be right back to where some of these alcoholic bar tenders and owners. I make sure to keep that up front in my mind .
All of this employees should be fired for giving away free drinks 😡😡😡😡
8:02 When he said “if I go to a bank & I ask them to give me money are they gonna give me money?” Uh yea they finna give me a loan
- Party and get drunk while working...
- giveaway some booze constantly...
- Overpoured some drinks to steal...
- Blame your employees after that...
Is the best recipes to create a real successful business, apparently...

Little miss “princess” giving away 2 bottles acting like it’s no big deal
"in less than a year I would've had my money back"
**iPad drop**
Then there’s the concept of ‘you buy the bottle at wholesale, but you sell it at retail, so anything you give away, you’re giving away at the retail value’..
I would love to learn from mr taffer, he’s hard but he is boss! 🎉
Best Bar Rescue video ever! 😀😂😂😂
3:49 3:51 THE FACE 😭😭😭🤣
There is no fucking way in hell I would let an employer throw me under the bus for doing exactly what they told me to do and continue working for them. I quit my last job for that reason and I don’t put up with that shit.
First owner sounds like Gru from minions 😂
I'm not a businessman, but even I know that to have a successful business, you need to get people to give you money for products and services.
There's no drinking on the job!!!😂
John Taffer said no drinking on the job.
When she was giving full bottles of spirits, at least she was in good spirits. 😂
Where did you hide Theodore's body Alvin? Where did he go?
@@lilpenguin092 psst I know where he is, but I gotta message you. 🙂
Another cool BR compilation, excellent!
Granted I haven't been to Stars & Stripes in a few yrs; pre CV-19.
But I went after the rescue; that Angel Food Cake drink👌🏾
Every bar I have ever worked at would have fired you on the spot for giving away alcohol.
Those Girls Costing me my Livilyhood ALSO GIVES AWAY 6 BOTTLES OF CHAMPAGNE 😆 🤣 😂 WTF
I would have fired that girl and the fact that her excuse was I dont work when its busy🤣🤣
Watching that one bartender for behind the bar was infuriating. Had I been working next to her as a bartender not even a manager, I would have tooken her aside and gave her one morning right there. She had to go put four and a half ounces of liquor in that cup. It's like some bartenders don't realize the more drunk somebody gets, the more they're going to demand from you the more difficult it's going to make your night. I don't know why I watch these shows, because the staff just infuriates me. Anyone that worked in a restaurant probably feels the same way.
i know free lunch is a constant in most bars, but free drinks? shit i'd be living in those
18 dollars worth of free champagne was a weak callous vs. 1600 dollars in over pours.
the emoji is bevintel after helping Jon for the eight hundredth time
*sees green drink that's supposed to be blue* "you know what...." 🤔
2 bottles of Patron Tequila can make you 6-700$ bucks
Oh wait Jon, there's a Zanszbar in Toronto ( I don't think I spelled it right) The Rolling Stones favorite spot when they came to town! Who cares what it means, it's a famous bar in Toronto which The Rolling Stones & many more famous groups/bands/persons loved!
Where is this bar i need to bring my lady there 😂
not the first guy blaming his own employees when he was giving whole ass bottles away, his actions impact how his employees do so... he can't be talkin either lmao
It can not be functional unless the owner was an extremely experienced chef / bartender themselves.

The older man 1sr preview looks like he is going to need a paramedic
I love it home when they say free alcohol 🍷 🍾🍻🍺
I like the prices. I hate that 10 dollars for a double shit using average whiskey
At Zan Z Bar 🗽 Ami Benari himself was giving away free alcohol 😂 blaming his staff. Park 77 Angelo Badalamenti being drunk & spending his uncle’s money.
I'm a bartender, and the only time I'd EVER overpour is on a barman's measure if the customer asked for it. If there's not enough left in the bottle to sell it, I'll add it to the drink if they want it. If I give away any more than that then it takes away from the magic of getting that lucky barman's measure. Surely people get bored of overpouring? It's not a special treat if you do it for every drink
Here we go Stealers. Here we Go! 👏👏
That first owner is such a jerk. I don't care if he wised up later or not, the fact that he stood outside shouting free drinks and then later threw such a fit that his employees were giving away free drinks and loosing him money and betrayed him is insane. most of that lost money probably came from him and they're just the scapegoats.
Over pouring is super dangerous too
