Thank you for posting such a clear and comprehensive guide to installing this Dart screen. I have fitted a Dart screen to my Kawasaki W800 and it was the same superb quality and ease of fitting. I am now ordering a Dart Classic for my Interceptor. Great video, as always and thank you for it.
These are the best, rare in India. I can't believe you said "Hey Y'all" that too in that indian accent whilst riding your bike in Delhi. That's like hearing Namaste in the heart of Texas. I'm having a brain freeze
😅 hahahaha! Trying to improvise and see what works and what doesn't. it's always fun to say new things. Thank you for watching the video!! Much appreciated!
I have the original RE shield on my int650. This dart Is also beautiful. In my opinion, the shield needs to protect the instrument from insect and dust rather than reduce Wind pressure. Recently I buyed some stuffs here in Italy from Zana motorcicles and custom' costs shocked me. However a gift from Zana partially consoled me. Safe ride ti everyone. 🏍️👋
I agree with you. I have this installed because I changed the headlight brackets, hence the original RE shield could not be fitted. So I got the DART as a good looking alternative. :)
Attention to detail by Dart is mind blowing! Not a fan of shields on Int650 but this definitely adds that premium feel on the motorcycle. Well done brother, I love the product and the video 👌🏼
Oh no worries Tim! You are doing great!! It's okay to do things on your own pace and time. There's no deadline of any sorts. And you are awesome! OSAM!
One day this bike will make it to the Royal Enfield Hall of Fame when Sri ends up installing accessories worth more than the bike itself. P.S. This looks sick.
Hey, great content Srinivas! I see that you've quite a few imported accessories installed. Could you please share some info on what goes in the process of importing such products along with customs fees and process?
Thank you for watching my videos! Much appreciated. We'll, the process is very easy. The seller ships it, usually it arrives in India within a week. Then it stays with customs office for about a day or two, then it comes to your door step. The payment gateway does not include customs duty and it never will. They will only calculate shipping. Customs duty is usually based on the product invoice. Sometime the amount of the product you order will not be that high, but the packaging will be premium making it look like an expensive product, so the customs office can, at will, bump up the customs duty. In my case I had received a replacement tail light from Hitchcocks motorcycles. The invoice said amount 0. but they packed it so nicely, that I had to pay a duty of INR 2,200. So that will always be troublesome. I hope this helped. Thank you for watching my videos once again!
Thanks for such an elaborate answer! Still could you please clarify on how exactly the customs process works, as in more specific. Do customs have a website? Do the shipping company keep track of package while in customs? etc. I'm just too skeptical about this whole customs thing, so just want to be clear before I make any purchase.
What a tasteful addition to the bike!! I’ve had my eye on this one since quite sometime but I cannot justify the cost in my head. But I gotta say… wind blast protection??? Really? It’s not gonna provide a little protection… it’ll provide NIL protection… Nada!! Why bother justifying something with wonky logic where none is required? It looks smashing, so u bought it. Simples :)
Great content as always Sree 😀 Could you plz tell me which tyres are you using with size please ..These look different than stock ..Correct me if I m wrong 🎉

RE one is also very good. I got this because I had changed the headlight brackets. So wont be able to use the RE ones. Since those rely on the headlight bracket.
Srinivas, I need a favour, I have installed a tripper navigation in the center of the speedo console. I wanted to know what kind of gap is there between the speedo console and the flyscreen when installed.
Touring without a windscreen is always a pain for me.. after 90 kmph I feel I'll blow away.. I'm using carbon racing Version 2 windscreen it helps with windblast a lot way better than v1... but I feel I need an extender.. I see you're around 189 cms or more probably .. can you pls tell if this windscreen is helping you with windblasts? Although I'll probably remove the windscreen when I'm home... spoils the look ..btw Nothing beats the naked look of the bike 😩🤌❤️
While it is true that the naked look of the bike is the best, the look with a small windscreen, in my opinion also looks sexy 😉. I am planning a trip to the mountains, will do a review of this small flyscreen then. Though I speculate that this is will help very little with the wind blast but will successfully keep bugs and dirt from under the instrument cluster. Cleaning that of bugs is a pain known only to a few.
@@SrinivasGanesh Your content keeps improving , I see you have started uploading frequently..Your windscreen looks sick 🔥 .. I tour a lot and the windscreen takes 80 percent of the bugs.. saving my chrome tank, my jacket and instrumental cluster.. Although before the windscreen it was *Final Destination* for the bugs.. pfffft
That's alright. Not everyone has to. We are all entitled to our own opinions. :) But thank you so much for your honest feedback and more importantly for watching the video!

I have been following Dart with their screen for enfield 650, and you are first one from India to review in my knowledge. Keep up the good work sir.

Srinivas, I need a favour, I have installed a tripper navigation in the center of the speedo console. I wanted to know what kind of gap is there between the speedo console and the flyscreen when installed.
There is plenty of space for that tripper nav. The nav is quite small and can be easily fitted between the instrument cluster and the flyscreen.
This is awesome👍
Hey thank you so much for watching!!
the classic fly screen looks much better than this short one..
Oh we are all entitled to our opinions. :) I liked this short one better. Compact and neat look. The classic one looked as if the bike had a mohawk. 🤣

Harley wala windscreen install karo
Oooh lag jata hai?
@@SrinivasGanesh yes
Hi Srinivas, I checked Dart web but they are not shipping anything to India. How did you get that?
Oh! I bought it online from them. It gave an option during checkout. They do ship globally.
@@SrinivasGanesh but now they have excluded India from shipping country list.
What was the customs duty
hahaha, there will always be this question. 🤣 It was INR 1,100.
Is it pure cosmetic or does it actually reduce wind pressure?
Wind pressure is slightly reduced, so I would say, both.

@@rnin8208 hahahahaha. Final destination. Lol. Yeah I’m trying to upload frequently. If not long format then youtube short.
Is there any particular reason for choosing this one over the one available from Royal Enfield?
Yes. After market headlight brackets. So I cannot use the oem flyscreen which mounts using the oem headlight grey coloured brackets.
I have installed a night eye led bulb, however the results are not as per my expectation, do you anything else in mind for it ?
oh! I am quite satisfied with it. I will ask and let you know?

Just curious, will this fit the standard re fly screen bracket?
No. This uses a different mounting system. Please see the full video. It mounts under the instrument cluster. :)
