The homie is awesome with these reviews. Perfect amount of details and the comparisons of each board helps out a lot. Maybe in upcoming videos Techne skateboard decks can be reviewed or shop deck from a local store?
Fo sho! I know they have a small team but Kris Markovich does some of the art and he was one of my fav skaters so def intrigued by the brand. I’ll have to see if they carry it in any of my local shops!
Got this deck for 35 box during black fridays, as soon as I get back from my injury, I'll definitely shred with it. Thanks for the review, you're definitely one of the best out there. One of the only skate youtuber I really watch. Keep up the great work.
Absolutely love your videos man! You’ve helped inspire me to get back to skating after a 16 year hiatus. Just wondering how old you are, as we skate so similarly it’s unreal. Same style and tricks!
@@Skatebetter I’m 32 so we probably grew up skating around the same time. I’m not so up to date on current skaters, but love watching Luan Oliveira his pop is insane! When I was younger it was all about the likes of Koston, Reynolds, Rowley (I’m from the UK) but seriously can’t get over how similar our skating style is. No idea how you don’t have a hell of a lot more subscribers, your reviews are always so informative and joy to watch. My first deck back to skating has been an 8.5 quasi and I’m really enjoying the shape. It took me a little while to get used to, but that might just be because I’m rusty and it’s nothing like the 7.75 Blind, World Industries and Toy Machine decks I was skating in the late 90’s/early 2000’s
@@richiecarr8288 That's awesome my g! I grew up with Reynolds, Rowley, and Koston as well- Tom Penny would have to be another 90's influence for me. Luan is definitely a beast lol. Watching him at BATB is nuts. Definitely agree decks now a days are built different, and they all still have pros and cons as usual. Always been interested in quasi- I love Gilbert Crockett so big fan. Definitely appreciate all of the channel support as well! It took me a while to get a feel for the "new guys" on the scene, but I am so impressed with skaters now a days I pretty much prefer them as I find there's an even wider variety of styles and teams to like/support. Some of my fav current skaters are- Heitor Da Silva, Jamie Foy, Ishod Wair, Mason Silva, and Brian Peacock. :)

stache is looking prestine as well
Appreciate that my g! I hope your leg is/has healed as well.
If you like that scratch away graphic, you should check out the scratch away, terminator deck. It’s a old-school deck, but it’s dope.

Review the spitfire 97a formula!
I’m def considering scooping them up. Be curious to see how they slide!
@@Skatebetter I'm planning to buy the 54mm or 56mm classics and a set of Bones Super Swiss bearings
I just ordered a wknd deck. I was wondering if it was more similar to a quasi square shape or more of a rounded shape
I would say more rounded- I’ve seen the “squarish” nose shape on a Santa Cruz deck once but this one to me looks more round. :)
@@Skatebetter ty homie. It come in today. Stoked to try it out
