This is an interesting situation I haven't been in for several years.
So, the inputs aren't actually that hard but I can understand why would they be hard for non-regular fighting games players, specially with these SNK-styled fighting games .
The geyser is the easiest example and the trick that always works is to jump and buffer the super mid air.
I remember when I was younger we usually had like this one training session where nobody got to fight, we just got a coin into the arcade and started to practice those crazy combos and supers.
I remember when you really got good at them you would shake the entire arcade machine everytime you input these moves fast enough. It added an unintended "shake effect" to the fight.
Now seeing them in smash and ppl trying to figure out the inputs it's just satysfying.
Pro tip: The movements are supposed to be made smoothly. The stick smoothly goes through the inputs no matter how complicated they can seem. Just do a "double hadouken". Then think of a "reverse hadouken then immediately press forward" and the best is sliding the stick all the way, "quarter circle back half circle forward".
Boy, just writing this feels so nostalgic.

Here are some tips for Mr Crews:
From center stage, on Omega, Buster Wolf kills at 95% for characters lighter than mega man and 92% for Geyser with characters lighter than mega man. They kill earlier on Battlefield.
Down tilt and jab 2 are your best friends. Best combos that are true are Jab 2 - Up b / Down b and Dtilt - Up b / Down b. Nair - Jab 2 - Up b /down b works at low percent til about 30%.
Unsafe casual-killer combos include Dtilt - Input side b.
