Thanks Powersports Nation for the tires: Power Sports Nation - www.powersportsnation.com
I heard that Joe lost his hand and AI installed a robot hand so he can still make videos.
nice one Joe sounds really nice now worth all that hard work
@@ants4100 very true lol
It is Nice to see people like Power Sports Nation Helping out .
can we just take a second and acknowledge this guy's got 539k subscribers...I mean holy cow, nice job!
.... when you're good you're good.....
His sub count has been on fire because it wasn't very long ago that the comment count would barely hit 100. Now it gets to roughly 500 in no time. By the end of the day, it'll be around 1000 easily.
Joe, take your mini sledge, put the bit in with a short shaft connected, make sure you are straight....tap the shaft end briskly. This light shock loosens up those fittings and save stripping. I use it all the time
I think that the last problem with the lost power from the battery was a blessing in disguise. It fires up much easier than before you cleaned those connections.👍❤️
JOE!! Some of your weather snuck out last night, got drunk, and passed out down here in Alabama in my neighborhood. We need you to come down here and get it, and take it back up there where it belongs! (another great video, BTW. I always look forward to yours).
That's part of the tariffs Canada is giving us lol
On its way south, it stopped here in MA and took a leak because it's cold af here, too.
It’s negative 12 here be thankful
-13 past couple days here in the mountains of AZ
I'm watching from Wasilla Alaska. Right now It's 18 degrees, and I don't wanna go outside. Joe decides to change tires in negative 30 degrees and then says, "Let's Go Ice Fishing." 😂😂😂
You are a tough man, Joe👍🏿
I’m watching from Nashville Tennessee and it’s 9 degrees
An exhaust hose with a hole in the garage door with pendulum cover could be helpful to keep exhaust fumes out and a carbon monoxide monitor would be a good thing.
Power sports nation is smart enough to associate themselves with you. Your desire and experience show people that, though they may not want to fix a machine themselves, they do want to hire you to do the job.
Seeing you drive onto the lake was gut wrenching
Thanks for the virtual ride out on the ice. Because ot is quite literally the ONLY way I would ever see what it's like! Too sketchy for me! 😂
Great work! You have a lot of patience.
I would just like to mention, there’s a quicker way to check fuses rather then pull each one out, just use a test light and touch the 2 little metal contacts on top of the fuses, if you have power on both, the fuse is good, saves a lot of time
He most times does use a multi meter to check fuses, i think this time he just wanted to pull them to check the connection and to look things over.
Power probe works better than a test light.
it's a real pleasure to see him ride, great job joe
Joe, I'm glad to see you got that headache fixed. It's time for a new owner now.
Excellent job Joe I have 81 RM125 I rode 83 through about 87 It in pieces now the frame and forks have been outside in the weather nearly 40 years your video are inspiring
For the testing of the higher amp stuff, I use an old fog lamp for a test light, it loads the system down more. A volt meter does not throw a load on the system so you can really chase your tail on bad connections.
Love your laugh Joe .Your the best mechanic I've ever watched on UTube. Have watched every video you got posted. Keep up the great work. Greeting from Florida, it's 45 in southern Florida today. Could never handle below temperatures your in .
Nice to see Joe out of the garage enjoying himself
One the best mechanics I’ve ever watched be careful on that ice bro
might breakout even. lol. playing of course. never had no doubts you would get the job done. thank u for your time i learn alot.
Awesome on the side by side . Im really happy you augered a whole and dropped a line . Breaks the monotony of just the same ol ... But dont get it messed up we love the show . To bad you didnt catch anything . Live bait would help . Awesome job Joe .
Joe, I love your channel, your commitment to getting the job done on each project and the fact that you contiue to learn from each one. Just my humble opinion, but I feel it would help with the problem analysis if you would perform a through cleaning each time before you dig in. The dirty connections that you discovered late into the project is a perfect example. I've also found that working on a clean machine is so much more enjoyable. Just my $.02. Thanks for your commitment to your channel!
-2 in ky this morning. Nuts rattling like 2 marbles in a Prince Albert can. 😮
This my time of the year baby
Just so you know I always undo the wheel nuts with the tyre on the floor first, just saying great gift on the tyres. And while a few months back I just passed on anything unless it was two wheeler you have now since that wonderful Honda converted me to watching these videos.
yeah same. On car, atv-s and even my big mowers i do the same.
Super job Joe, you got there in the end buddy !
Great job! UTV's looking good. A little brisk in Wisconsin, like Minnesota, with sub-zero temps. No Mosquitos. Bravo on your patience and knowledge. Keep up the hard work
Always happy when one of your videos pops up on my feed. Great to see it running congrats from the UK
You and the guys should go on a UTV adventure take these machines on a proper outdoors test, take in a bit of shooting and fishing and really test these machines, and ofcourse possibly some fixes on the way, would be great content to see
Great job Joe it going to be a fun machine
How’s the finger?
tip .you can check the mass cable from the batt to engine . see if there's good contact .
Think in done more than on clock . Rusty bolts very very dirty . Tyres set it off . Missis will pinch in summer to go to work.
Well saved . Great video as normal.
This channel is amazing 👏 Thanks JOE!
Great series on this one. It's only -10 here in Northern NY this morning but, we just got about 16" of new snow yesterday. I am surprised how little snow y'all have there.
The gift that just keeps on giving…
Great work, joe. The UTV sounds and drives so much better. Someone is going to get a good deal on this one 👍
She sounds happy.
Good job Joe.
They for sure engineered this machine for convenience and maintenance.
Not!
The fuse box placement concealed. Battery and solenoid?
Ah, leave them to the elements.
Excellent work Joe.
I'll bet that that Ice Fisher wasn't happy with you 😂
I own the same model as this machine. The thing is a tank.
Nice looking machine, and sounds good.
Looks like a runner!!! Great job joe!!✝️🇺🇸Hoosier Wing
2vimtage video on a sub zero morning! I can dig it! Nice jack BTW Joseph! Keep up the great work and the great videos sir. I've been to WI a few times to the Matt Kenseth fan club party's and the HD museum. Beautiful state!
Even the Canadian geese approve.😁

Finally some ice fishing!

We got more snow last night in Florida than Joe has at his house 😂😂😂😂😂😂❤
Nice new Milwaukee power tools ..just some decent sockets left to buy 😅
Thank you Powersports Nation!
Great video , love the ice 🧊 great fun 😁 + 8 c here Ireland 🇮🇪
Did anyone else notice the tension released in the rear axle when he jacked up the rear end?
It's a CF moto what do you expect 😂😂
Heck yeah, ice fishing vid
Need to get a Zamboni out on the lake time for the hockey. Nice video tires look really nice. Good build another project done
Next add is snow tracks if you get some measurable snow in WI. "Free" tires always nice. Good video
all good when you can do ice fishing with it :)
Great work Joe!
I love your videos also am a subscriber from Thailand
I like a happy ending. 😅😅
Money well spent ; )
Another great video Joe mate great job hope your fingers better
Bearings are shot in the starter motor... Another good fix....😊
Brand new high $ starter
My man said negative 30!! I wouldn’t even step outside my house at 30 below.
That is a nice one!
Gotta love Wisconsin
Fantastic vlog as always..
Get some Nato gerry cans from Wavian. With the amount of fuel you probably store on hand for all your machines, those steel cans will give you peace of mind.
I think the fish are frozen 😂.
You might want to check out R.N.G Performance video on other reasons why the clutch slips other than the belt and you might want to double check fuel pump area under passengers seat to make sure everything is tight there as its a common issue things might get loose there and burn the machine down.
Isn't that just polaris that burns down?
The fuses under the seat are for the EPS and the charge circuit. Buggy should still run without them...just no charge or power steering. Also, don't know about the U.S. version, but the Aus version will limit the revs if the seatbelt isn't plugged in.
Finally, good job Joe. Another one down let us know what you do with this one you sell it or keep it.
great vid you got some of that Canadian cold! always maks outside work fun
The razor 800’s were very temperamental with the main connections, the biggest was all grounds are on one stud, always clean each connector and the stud. Random things don’t work. Biggest was the fan. Similar to your electrical gremlins.
That'd be awesome to live by a lake and have your kids grow up there. I'd be taking them fishing and boating all the time
beau travail !!!
I just watching to feel warm. I bitching about 23 degrees LOL. Pb blaster is your friend. I enjoy your channel I even read the hate comments lol. Wish I had such a hobby. You should put a sign up that says no driving on grass. :)
Lol, the name of the lure has me chuckling.😂
Theres gotta be a way to attach yer new HD impact to auger the ice .... hand drillin out there in the cold is a sucker move😅
More adventures of frozen north but you have the cold snow weather back in Austin tx
Get your hands on an auger adapter for you Milwaukee hammer drill. They work awesome!
Hello from nepal
-22 🥶….OMG & I thought it was cold here in OH at -4
Tighten the battery connections
Nice work
Please do a video on what you end up doing wwith some of these machines. I think it would be very interesting
-30 and your creating content for your viewers ! That's Commitment and Dedication !
Driving on the Ice: As a Southern boy, NO THANK YOU!!! I'll keep my tires on the terra firma! Nice vid, though!
Found the starter issue gremlin with all the dirt everywhere that machine was emersed in a pond or something.
I extended the cables and placed the battery back where it belongs. Under the seat.
Someone definitely sunk that thing into a mud hole pretty deep based on the mud you found in the under seat fuse box! Whole thing really needs a good scrubbing once it warms up again. Also, SERIOUSLY, please think about getting an exhaust hose and door port for your garage door. There is no way all the exhaust fumes you are inhaling in the closed garage with these jobs is good for you not withstanding the carbon monoxide danger. Letting an internal combustion engine idle in a closed garage for 20 minutes is a recipe for disaster. We're all fans, Joe and would hate to see anything bad happen.
I heard this from another guy but it makes sense. You want to make it an eight when repairing for a flip. Safe and reliable for sure but the time to make it a ten is not in the margin. Cleaning makes it more salable but not worth the time.
This cf was a 4.5 brand new, so an 8 would require a sack of cash under the seat 😅
-10+ more degrees Here In Illinois past few Days..Sux..I feel bad for those down South by Florida that has never Seen Snow Before
thank you
You should put an exhaust tube that goes through either your overhead door or the wall to get rid of tail exhaust while overhead doors are closed you dont want to get carbon monoxide poisoning.
That thing would be a good candidate for a track kit.
Yes, all that plastic in the engine would really do well with the added stress on the engine, trying to move it through deep snow.
Actually the track kits are not harder on the engine, the drive wheels are way smaller, you lose 15 to 30 percent of your speed. My defender was awesome, but way slower than wheeled.
Charlie should be the face of WI because everytime I hear the state I forget it exist and then I think of charlie
Lucky all the fuses are easy to get to!lol🤔
Big flaw in the design!
Very disappointed I was expecting Joe to have the equipment fit the tires in his garage 😂
Im no ice fisherman but having the machine idling next to the hole cant be good fer catchin fish .... gotta say tho, your neighborhood and residence with the lake, etc. is cool as hell.Wondering if garage is heated ... temp differential from outside? Oh, and unload the CF before another 18 gremlins infest it 😅
Need your hut, a heater, a cooler of LaBatts beer and a TV to watch the Packer's game...
When is the big yard sale on all your machines.
