I bought one after seeing your video and was looking at the quick installation guide it came with. Under the screen maintenace section it mentioned what sounds like a pixel clean after 4 hours of usage on the next power off and that it does pixel shifts too. I'm hoping the manual is accurate and that it does those things (without any menu settings involved).

Your review was really solid! I watched to see what I'm getting, and it seems about right for what I paid.
My step son's monitor broke, so I'm giving him my current 27" 1440p IPS 180 hz monitor and bought myself this one. It caught me on the backfoot because I had very recently upgraded my GPU, so I didn't want to go too expensive. At the same time, I wanted 240hz and OLED to see what the rave is about. So this was as good of an excuse as any to make the leap.

As I pointed out in the other video HDR on Xbox doesn't work at 1440p, it only works with the output set to 4k, it's a current limitation of the console and it doesn't matter if it's checked in the settings. If your display doesn't support 4k you don't have HDR, it's that simple.

Great video, really good coverage of a lot of points worth considering. Im eyeing this as my entry point into 1440p/240 OLED, given that its avail for ~430 USD right now. The warranty and lack of burn in saving features are definitely concerning points. Do you have any information on the cooling solution they use on the monitor? Im debating whether or not this is a risk i want to take. On one hand, the price is amazing; on the other hand, if spending a few hundred more saves me from having to re purchase in about 2 years, im wondering what my choice will be.
