People's perceptions of Miley are often tainted by their prejudicial perspective of the negative media narrative that she receives and lose focus of what fantastic vocalist she is.

That performance is from Beth's guest appearance at Joe's 2011 "Live at the Beacon Theatre" concert in NYC. That concert was released was released as a live album and comes from the time of Beth and Joe's first studio collaboration, "Don't Explain," in 2011. (Also, see Orlock comment below)

The original version was written for Bobby "Blue" Bland in 1959. The original recorded version is musically horrible in my opinion. His live versions are better. The instrumentation of this cover come from the Joe Bonamassa and Beth Hart version. The Drake and Rihanna version, called Take Care, came out about three months after the Joe Bonamassa and Beth Hart version.
What is this??? She´s trying to do it exactly like Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa did this song., but she´s not even close. This just shows how good Beth and Joe are. If you are impressed by this you have to listen to Beth and Joe´s version.

No need to disregard Miley's talent to try and uplift other people. By the way, I've listened to multiple live performances of Beth and Joe, and not once did I hear Beth riff like Miley did toward the end of the song. So no, she didn't try to replicate exactly what they did. She added her own twist to it.
