Yes I've been to both Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza in my time probably 20 odd years back now. Wild nights out. One I never went to at night was Khao San Road and understand that to be a real hang out for the back packers and a real party area. Nice video Sean. Cheers buddy 🤩
"A bunk up for 20 quid" Those were the days! (By the way I've heard watch out for spiked drinks in the hotel room (this was before Covid) if you're with a 'non local' companion. Local ok though ;-). Of course always take care and watch what you are drinking. Thanks for the entertaining video Mr. Vlogging a Dead Horse!!!
Got to love the Landmark area of Sukhumvit, it’s so vibrant! Keep the night stuff going, have a few beers, test the patience of others equals good vlogs. Keep it going Sean !
Great stuff Sean 👏. Great to be back at Soi 8 and Sukhumvit 🎉. It's maybe my most favourite area in the whole world. Great to have a beer or 10 sat outside there. I usually sit outside at The Game bar. Cheers 🍻 🇹🇭.

Late one for you. Everythings going up lol Have a good one

You got lucky Sean ,if that was a Steven Spielberg's set you would have been on your ass in a Tuk Tuk taking you to god knows where ,Probably a one way ticket back to Blighty 😁20:48 im thinking here we go ,and cringing at the same time 🤦♂Only spent 5 nights in BKK in 15 years ..Glad i did ..Blinkered vison on your so called mate '' 🤣
lol, if it was a set for any top film crew, they would have had the street closed, as the Guy Ritchie film crews have done, yes Guy Ritchie is in Bangkok making his new film, cheers buddy
Gud Day - Sean - What is Crown BTS Nana like? - reviews are hard to understand. Was the room clean, air con work, shower didn't flood the room? I am deciding where to go for a few days this next week - I don't want the Sheraton, but I don't want a sh*thole.
Ref your latest video of sat on the bank of the River Kwai. I wasn't sure so I Googled it. The Territorial battalions of the Norfolk Regiment fought at the Defence of Singapore in February 1942. They were captured and became POW's, most probably some of the men who built the death railway. There is a famous interview with a bloke who has the same accent as your good self who was a POW in Thailand 1942 - 45. Territorials are now army reserve. Keep up the good work mate. Lest we forget. The Norfolk Regiment are now part of The Royal Anglian Regiment who have served in all modern conflicts. I know your a pacifist mate and I respect this as its better to be something rather than being apathetic but these people were your own crowd.
@@thedeadhorse Your absolutely right there Sean. I saw the TV premier when I was a kid in around 1972 and the men who were there afterwards were on a discussion show saying how inaccurate the film was, Keep up the good work.
love the vlogs and not a criticism but do you know the difference between khrap kun khrap and khrap khun kaa ?? and the difference meaning one saying for male and the other female as some times it can be offensive towards thai people
Thanks for the update on what's happening in Bangkok, I am amazed at the bar fines, how times have changed

The Crown is laid back, priced right and excellent location. It is also no frills nor bourgee.
Clean basic budget hotel, quiet street away from the traffic and noise, still in the centre of lower sukhumvit nightlife.
Gud day
Go Day buddy
"Times are a changing", not good for the wallet, "Rub and Tug" is the way to go, save a fortune.
I’m glad you didn’t get into a street fight like you did in Pattaya with that old geezer and sinking bar joint. 😅😅
Most of those beggars in Thailand were Cambodian.
My word that Korean film director was a little tense...I was only thinking those Ladyboys got hold of ya mate😂😂😂luv you longtime
