I've watch more than a few videos of people making candies like this, and a lot of them will use heat resistant gloves. Of course, if you make this kind of thing long enough, eventually your hands will become numb to the heat.

Конфеты яркие, наверно сладкие, правда на их изготовление затрачено много труда и много различных манипуляций. Если на них можно заработать приличные деньги, то это того стоит.

It is amazing how long the candy stays soft. When I make caramel it hardens within a minute.
I think the trick is when they move off the metal table and onto the pink pad, I think the lights are heat lamps
