2nd doubt....The cantilever slab over all depth formula is span/10.. Here the span of slab is 3000mm.. So overall depth is 300mm… In practically is it possible to made 300mm concrete slab…?

Dear the value 7 which you are stating as per IS 456:2000, section 23.2.1 is for effective depth not for overall depth. In this video we are learning about overall depth. I hope you got the clearity

In floor finish PCC unit weight should be taken not RCC I think. Sir
Sir in slab you only considered bottom cover, why you not considering top cover as well. Like 2(clear cover -0.5(dia of bar))
Because effective depth has been taken from the top of the slab to half the bottom diameter.

It can be provided without beam too if load is less but generally need to provide appropriate with beam to counter the torsion and all other stresses.
Any reference from any code as why you divided span with 10??
Not directly, on the bases of IS Code and practicing norms with enough safety factor, 10 value has been considered
