I can confirm that not everyone knows all of their family. I haven't even met a lot of mine and can only figure out who's related to me and how we're related by talking family trees. LOL! Big family that lost a lot of contact. Of the family I have met I refuse contact with most because I don't care for drama, criminal activities and/or illegal substances so imo it's best to keep a wide berth between those family members and my kids & I.
