Salam mashAllah brother. I used to read the Quran with transliteration however I realised that it was not the same as actually reading it in the original language. The second thing is many Arabic speakers cannot recite Quran properly because they may know the language but do not know the rules of reciataition called Tajweed. So when you learn tajweed, the rules of giving each letter it's right, inshAllah you will enjoy it even more. Tajweed is different than to be able to recite the Quran with a tune. The Quran has it's original tempo and melody. Try to find an online Tajweed teacher who will help you read a little but well and once you understand how it works inshAllah it will become easier. this is exactly how i learned to read correctly. my tajweed wasnt necessarily bad, but watching him made it quite good alhamdulillahi wa maa shaa Allah
