So after talking with the gm. They replaced it. Love acura but not the corporate.
I recently bought a 2025 and love the way the car drives, but the quality is not great. There are a lot of interior rattles, the road noise can be deafening the way it reverberates through the structure at times, and the paint/clearcoat quality is abysmal. I really expected better from Acura (I have owned many Hondas/Acuras in the past that had way better quality). I love driving the car but these types of issues really do sour the experience, so I totally understand where you're coming from. Heck, my 11 year old daughter even noticed the rattles and road noise, and that tells you something.
The tires that come on the vehicle 265/30 R19 imo the sidewall is too thin. I experienced most of the same problems you're describing, now on winter tires 275/35 R19, road noise is gone entirely, most of the interior rattles are gone too. For summer I'm likely going to downsize to 275/35 R18. I'd say definitely try a different thicker sidewall tire if you're keeping the car

lol Chevy to bmw isn’t a downgrade unless your talking pure displacement and power alone
Honda is not the most reliable brand. That honor is easily Toyota and Lexus. Hondas def do not last as long (S2000 and older Civics are much more reliable), how many old CRVs and Pilots do you see on the roads. There are tons of very old RAV4s, 4Runners, Camrys out there
Idk in my area I see 2000’s and 1990’s Crv’s and pilots all the time. I see a lot of Toyota Corollas to. Not knocking on Toyota because there amazing but Honda is not a slacker either.
Que gonna be in another Type S in his next video 🤣
@@markm391 😆😆😆
I think the biggest downgrade was when you let the GT350 go. 😢
You don’t know how often I think about going back. That or a Mach 1 in eruption green.
@@QueTheChaotic Mach 1 with no stripes look amazing.
The Dark Horse is very good and looks insane.
@sunnyvalentino paying $75k for 5.0 mustang isn't very smart. Throttle house compared it to a used SS1LE and they're almost identical lap times. For half the price and they preferred the camaro steering and everything. The marketing worked on you so bravo to Ford for that 👏 🙌
You can get a brand new C8 corvette for $65k gives you a better deal
I think the mistake would be buying one. They’re pricey for minimal performance.
Terrible value they are

Shouldn’t have sold it
No regrets
Downgrade with so called social status. Lateral move at the worst. Boxster engine and 4WD system are more complex than an inline 4 and FWD. I’m not a fan of FWD cars with more than 200 HP it’s crappy behavior. IMO the Civic Type R and Integra Type S are overhyped and overpriced. Yea I said it.
Did you drive one ?
Did you drive one at all. I have driven both and own a Integra Type S and trust me your statement is false.
@@guitarrise4523 that’s exactly what I said. I have a FL5. Test drive the DE5. I have driven the the WRX and STI.
I think the Hayabusa is overhyped and overpriced. Having ridden it and other bikes................
I've driven the Type R/Type S and owned 3 Sti's they're all good cars with each having various things I didn't like.
There's no perfect car even after tuning and suspension modification. Same with bikes.
@@SirAdHominem I’ve owned 13 motorcycles. I currently have a 2014 VMAX1700. I had a 2011 Hayabusa in pearl white and I thought it was perfect. Apples and oranges. FWD is amateur night at the Apollo.
Acura is not good. Lexus is much better, way better actually. It’s not even close. IMO, Honda is even better than Acura. I would choose the Honda base brand over Acura any day.
What’s been your experience with Acura?
Every car you sell isn’t a mistake. You sell car because you’re doing it for content🙄🙄🙄
@@KobeMpthers been doing this way before I started a RUclips channel. You knew here?
@ I respect your respond to me but let be real here. If you don’t sell cars. Would you make a RUclips content? Nope. You make videos for different car. Let’s be real here. We know that everyone you “BUY” a car. We know that it wouldn’t last because of the “CONTENT”
@ I don’t sell cars. I make this content because it’s a passion. I have access to most brands cars so my cars don’t matter. However, my viewers and I realize the value of a review coming from someone who actually owned the car.
I HATE 4 CYLENDERS.😂😂😂
You are a spec of sand to acura. You sacrificed a superior car because you think you are hurting them....loving my integra type s!
@@hyongchu81 All I did was highlight their defects. I wouldn’t have made this video if I wanted to hurt them

@@QueTheChaotic Lol just happy I made the podium.
I mean it’s ok. I get it your experience was not great and I don’t blame you at all for letting the type s go. I probably would have to with all the headaches you went through. So far into my ownership though have almost 2200 miles and loving every second of it. I come from a 10th gen Si so for me this is another caliber of car. But damn it sucks that your experience was garbage.
it is a sexy car
