The Toyota Supra should be in your top 3 like it is in my top 10 favorite cars bro!!! The 2JZ is one of the best engines in the world still to this day. :)

I find it funny how people are saying that the Supra should be at the top only because of the amount of power that it produces. Yet they don't compare them both in all aspects such as: looks, rarity, cornering, acceleration, hp, and modification diversity. STOP THINKING DRAG RACING PEOPLE!!!!!!! A REAL DRIVER ISN'T ACTUALLY CONSIDERED A REAL DRIVER IF THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TAKE TURNS, WIN IN SUCH DISADVANTAGES, AND PERFORM REALLY TOUGH MANEUVERS AT HIGH SPEEDS WHILE KEEPING TOTAL CONTROL OVER THE CAR, MASTERING MANY DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES AND VARIOUS KINDS OF DRIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH AND EVEN KNOWING WHAT KINDS OF THINGS THE CAR CAN DO!!!!!!!!!!!! So don't be saying that the Supra should be at the top because it really shouldn't. The GT-R has always been the king of JDM and it forever will be!!

Mitsubishi GTO is faster than them all, then the GT-R, 300ZX, Supra, RX7. 300ZX Z32 has the World Record for fastest V6 260+mph and the Supra did 230mph. 300ZX fastest propane powered car. So in 1991 Salt Flat Bonniville the 300ZX had the fastest top speed of them all. Mitsubishi GTO and GT-R is just faster in the 1/4. There is video them all racing in the 1/4 stock in Japan on here.
***** I agree with you man. Plus people tend to forget that a fast car isn't always about having a lot of hp and torque. A lot of it has to do with how well the car handles around corners as well.

The r34 is nice very nice but what I don't like is the suspension being slammed down o the ground that's for posers complete ricers we don't do those.
wrong tuners and risers do this and the civic,supra,rx7,gtr,etc....these cars sucks without low suspension and u can make a kia picanto nice only by make it low

I understand low cars are cool but not to the point the shit has excessive camber or issues all around they literally messed up that car trying to make it look good. If you wanna get low get a lamborghini or other cars that can do that and get away with it or a bmw
Anything lower than about 1.5 - 2 inches from stock is just a complete useless modification to the vehicle that serves no real purpose and in fact, hinders the cars performance and renders the car useless. I am of course talking about the R34. That's just a modification that you really have to be modest with. To each their own, but that's just sack religious.

it's more jdm than you. the R35 is pretty bad ass and for that alone it deserves the 2nd spot on this list
But common, r34 its more JDM than any r35 and you know that.

Yeah well thats not what the title says... and the r32 is known to understeer quite badly, the r34 is substantially better, and is the greatest of nissans 90's cars, so no when somebody other than an r32 fanboy thinks of a 90s superjap, it wont be an r32, it will be a 34.
There is not one 90s Superjap. Each manufactuer had their own revolution car to toss in the pot, the r32 got a good start, but nissans 2 90s heavyweights are the z32 300zx and r34, everybody knows that.

Always felt the '01 GT-R was a little over rated because of 2 fast 2 furoius, but thats just my opinion, and this list is yours.. a respectable line up.
Nice man the Nur R34 is my fave too, but there was no love for the cyborg colts and asti my 1st car fell in love with it straight away.
NSX Type R its the best JDM car. My dream car.

The RX7, 300zx, Supra, VR-4 GTO and Skyline are THE ICONS of the 90's JDMS. The 5 iconic twin turbos of japan. You can't leave out the 300zx and GTO
