Nightwish can perform 3-4 concert of 2 hours each with different song and you never will find an ugly and bad song. It's impressive! Best band!
Try "Ghost River" It's a great example of Floor and Marco singing together and it rocks.
Awesome deep and intelligent music writing by Tuomas and awesome guitar solo. Sad that Marco is not there anymore.
Epic. Nightwish could realistically claim to be one of the greatest bands ever....love your reaction.

You might want to get with EvilCorkin, he just uploaded P&P tonight (scheduled to post Sunday) and had trouble getting it past the copyright police. I'm sure he won't mind telling you how he got it through. I am so glad you found them now too because it gives me so much pleasure to see someone else discover them and enjoy what they do like I do. This is why we run around all over RUclips requesting people react to Nightwish. These reactions remind us of how we felt when we first discovered Nightwish. That may sound corny to some, but it's true. It's a darn crime that the radio stations here in the US and apparently there too have passed up this amazingly talented group. I only came across them a couple of years ago, by accident, when looking for Gary Moore's original Over The Hills. And the rest is history. The live stuff is particularly mind blowing.
You probably noticed the drummer is different. Jukka had to take a leave of absence due to health issues, so Kai Haito is currently filling in on percussion. Jukka is handling band business.

Another great example of Floor and Marco working together, but quite differently is "Yours is an Empty Hope". Either from this concert or the Nightwish Cruise are great live performances of it. Thanks for another great reaction! And I second the idea that you should read up a bit on the story behind Poet and the Pendulum before actually listening/watching/reacting. It will really add a lot to it.
I would need a neck brace if I kept up with their head banging and hair spinning! I tried that when I was younger, trying to keep up with Angus Young and my neck was so sore for next few days that I could barely turn my head. Props to them just for the fitness level it takes to maintain that! I'm with you on this band. Really good and rising to the top of my playlist quickly.
This song relates to Stephen King Dark Tower books... Emppu is so fun to watch in this song. Love the blend of Marco and Floor's voices in the choruses. 7:51 Floor's face! OMG! Pause it and see! Don't anyone mess with her!!!! Yeah! More Nightwish! Their "Decades" album is out - some of those?

Floor Jensen is queen, she is beyond measure . I love to see reactions to Floor. Any song, previous bands,d different styles and her opera is off the charts phenomenal. Floor Jensen. Is on another level and I am in aww of her presence. Nightwish is bringing different elements and creative symphonic sounds, blending perfectly. Their songs have meaning. This song is about living your life to the fullest. Thus 7 days to the Wolves. Seven days to the poison. The wolves and the poison represent death and the end of life. Life is short. make the most of it.
Everdream, Song of Myself, Storytime, Yours is an Empty Hope Baltic Princess to hear Floor growl, any song from Wacken concert is awesome. No bad choices really.

I second Ghost River. You could also try Ever Dream from the Wacken show for more of Floor's outstanding singing. Or you could branch out into the softer, folky stuff with My Walden or Elan or Alpenglow (a very good song to play when you're feeling down or stressed out).
If you want more Floorpower, I recommend Yours is an empty hope (live Nightwish Cruise).

I love that Nightwish has claimed another victim. :D Other suggestions to add to the ones already made: Sahara (Tampa 2016), The Islander (Tampere 2015) & Sleeping Sun (Masters of Rock 2016).
I think Sahara is better with Anette (Same with 7 Days to the Wolves, I like Anette's version better).
Nice reaction. Weak Fantasy (Tampere live) and Shudder Before The Beautiful (Wembley live) are great and powerful songs too. The Islander (Tampere live) shows Marco's talents as a singer and a songwriter.

Ghost River next! Please stay in normal length songs until you know band history. After you have been "Ann Waychoff'd", you are prepared with backgrounds to NW, then go for Poet and the pendelum + greatest show on earth with infos what is behind the songs. If you want to get a sense of Nightwish’s true range, give a listen to “The Islander” or to “While Your Lips Are Still Red.” It’s different from what you’ve heard so far, but really shows off their arrangement skill and musical theory.
Before you listen to poet and pendulum you read the story behind these song. Its important, please. Its a journey, a drama, hope, war with tuomas himself... My english is to bad to tell you the backgrounds. Sorry. Bro.
Yep, Nightwish has so many so great songs, so epic songs, real masterpieces, but you haven't heard the ultimate masterpiece yet: the Greatest Show On Earth... (live at Tampere 2015). Don't know if it's even right time yet you to go there. I mean there's a lot of so great songs you have to listen before that grande finale song!:

Brilliant Perfection, is a simple as I can make it.
Nightwish is the biggest European symphonic metal band, closely followed by Epica.
However there is Another great symphonic metal band that has a unique twist in comparison to these bands.
It's called Versailles and I would suggest maybe starting of with "God palace".
You need to listen to Yours is an empty house hope the one with just Live next to the name of the song. Floor has her growls going.

On Poet and the Pendulum. Having a bunch of pauses help with copyright, even if you edit them in later. The song was written in the aftermath of the firing of the original singer Tarja Turunen.
Now if the just put some more emotion & energy into it! xD Seriously...How can these guys not need a rest after doing that one?! To switch things up may I suggest "Élan" or "My Walden" for a little celtic flair. Or perhaps Marko singing lead on "The Islander." Most people would suggest the live version of that last one from Tampere. As do I, although the amazing music video has hauntingly stunning "steampunky" CGI visuals.

Love your reaction`s,Nightwish is my Favorite band, then Queen,I have read that Floor Jensen has been compared to Freddy ,in part that she has such presence on stage ,and she get`s the crowd involved,you said it once,, that she has the crowd in the palm of her hand,in my book nobody can surpass Freddie ,but Floor does have that gift.

Subscribed! Love the genuine reaction and emotion and watching you inflate like a bomb ready to explode. I saw them live last year and there's much for you to explore. Check out Ghost River, Amaranth, Walden, Nemo, Alpenglow and save Poet and the Pendulum and Greatest Show On Earth for last.
If you have already recorded a reaction to poet then you are golden. Edit in some pauses, so break it up without losing any of it, put in bits of yourself saying hi or something, just edit in pauses *afterwards* and it should breeze through copyright.

Listen to Master Passion Greed, the Heavyest Nightwish song. It's too powerfull and is even epic and a little symphonic. You'll love it. New Subscriber from Mexico. Enjoy it. There are a lot of Nightwish fans and better: a lot of amazing songs. Most of Nightwish songs are great. A great journey is waiting for you. ;)
One thing I forgot to mention. This band writes entire albums of stories, so some of their songs actually hint at others. I suggest doing Alpenglow before you do Greatest show. (There may be another one that hints at it, but I don't remember offhand) ah poet and the pendulum...danged samplers... ( I got a warning from a group the other day when I tried to post a Nightwish cover. Don't know why they're involved. It's MY voice and I videoed the album cover the whole time, so it's not like I was claiming it. ) You should be fine if you pause when it goes to the slow parts. If you like I can go through and tell you the time mark of where a good place to pause is, so as not to spoil the actual reaction.

Well, I’ll second what everyone is saying to do next (all of it!) but you’ve done some Floor now so how about some Tarja? First singer, very operatic, but the songs are no less epic. Phantom of the Opera is a decent start there. End of an Era concert.

Ronald Boers Ronald Boers Tarja is definitely on my list to listen to. I really like her voice. I did hear something the other day, possibly on a reactor’s channel, with her and she’d dropped some of the opera it seems. It was really nice. I’ve heard the Muse cover as well but that’s about it.
