I have been suffering an overdose of Icon of the Seas lately. But I enjoy your vlogs of the ship as well as EECCs. You do all your vlogs pretty much as a regular passenger would experience a cruise. Dee still shocks me with her non stop energy and smiles. I have seen the photos of you posing with fellow passengers on Facebook and admire your willingness to take that time out of your day. I really believe it when I hear Jay say "Hello friend " such a genuine couple
I love the idea you can now talk to the crew!!! I had some nice servers chat with me at evening meal each night on Explorer of the sea. Well done Royal !!
We've always enjoyed taking time to get to know the crew, and some of the old policy stuff apparently limiting the amount of interaction time was sad!!

She looks like an incredible ship. I've enjoyed watching y'all and Jason and Alisa exploring and experiencing everything. It was great watching Chris Wong's vlog of Icon crossing over from Spain with the crew celebrating Christmas and New Year at sea too.
I think America is like the only country where you really expect servers and service people to smooch with you as in do small talk. We in Europe never expect this. We are glad to have a standard amount of service and I can’t imagine having to be extra during about 12 hour days they turn on ships and that to 7600 guests on this big big ship. It just is expecting too much
Hi, thank you for another great video. I wonder if you know what difference using the ♿ button for the directional elevators would make? As a mobility impaired traveller I hope that Royal have improved access for wheelchair users and others who need a little extra time to enter and exit the elevators. Thank you both for your pre and inaugural sailing Icon videos, so good to have the information.

It looks like a whole row of fake/ empty balconies in between the highest deck of Central Park cabins and the pool deck at 13:07…very interesting lol, anyone know what that is?
Okay I realize I'm old school but I expect a paper copy of what to do the next morning which it was, you should be able to know what you're doing before you wake up for breakfast. That would take me off sorry
Love yall but don’t get jay’s beef with “sweet caroline “.. (side note I’m a huge Neil diamond fan lol) yet every cruise constantly plays the wobble and the Cupid shuffle and cha cha slide lol certainly u should get tired of those wayyy before the beloved sweet caroline! ???

Beautiful ship and looks like a lot of fun, but just way to many people for me and the ship is so big. I prefer the smaller ships.
I have found that on cruises, if you talk to the crew members, they appreciate your interest and give better service!

Our section of the cabins got paper Compass every night, hand delivered by our Cabin Attendant!
