🔔 sundubu soup. (1T = rice spoon)
500g sundubu, 3 shiitake mushrooms, ¼ onion (35g), 10cm green onion, 1 bag of enoki mushroom (150g), 550ml + 150ml water, kelp, 5 anchovies for broth, 5T (70g) perilla powder, 1T glutinous rice flour ( 15g), Korean style soy sauce 1T, myeolchi aekjeot 1T, minced garlic ½T.
✨ sundubu soup.
1. Chop onion, shiitake mushroom, green onion, enoki mushroom and sundubu.
2. Add 5 trimmed anchovies for broth and fry over high heat for 1 minute.
3. Add 550ml of water and kelp and boil over high heat.
+ When it boils, cook for another 5 minutes over very low heat.
4. In a bowl, put 5T (70g) of perilla powder, 1T (15g) of glutinous rice flour, and 150ml of water and mix.
5. After 5 minutes, remove the kelp and anchovies.
6. Turn on high heat and add 1T Korean style soy sauce, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, and 1/2T minced garlic.
7. When boiling, add onion, shiitake mushroom, green onion, sundubu, and enoki mushroom and boil over high heat for 2 minutes.
8. Add 4 times and boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
