Made in FLASH! In 2006. I find that impressive. As a teen playing around on Newgrounds at this time. This would be super impressive. Someone worked there booty off to make this happen. I would give props. (2006 I was stuck in MW3 online.) A long break from Anime durring that time so I missed MOST of the shows from this time.

I got bored at school and I'd doodle even to the test papers after I was done because I was good in most subjects so I had spare time. I remember a question about the Economic and Monetary Union of the European Union (EMU) and I doodled an emu next to it and jokingly asked extra points from it.

That one is animated and voiced very well. “Yuri on Ice!!!” is 12 episodes (20 minutes each). That’s a masterpiece by MAPPA. There’s lots of other examples, but those are some of my personal favorites.

I feel like the colouring is like way off on this one, I think that the background and space ship things, as well as the leaves at the beginning are the best visual elements in this anime. I think that it would have been taken better on the internet as a flash game with “choose your own story” elements or something. It really reminds me of ads on television and some of the music videos that came out around the same time that wanted to replicate anime because the marketers in the company/ the artist and their team thought the it was “exotic” and “new age” in a way and wanted to “replicate the way they advertise/do things in Japan”.
if some one showed me this without context I would've thought its good for some one just starting out in animation. but this was produced by a company. on a team, with a producer.
The one and only thing that is mildly defendable, is that what you saw blowing on the wind, wasn’t meant to be sakura or tree leaves; It’s meant to be ash. But since I had to catch that to tell you, it’s defendability went way down. 😂
