RUclips is, as most people know owned by google, google make most of their money doing what? Exactly, they sell ads... So that's basically why there are so many ads. I can recommend that you use an adblocker or a browser that comes with an adblocker- brave browser for example. as for adblock I'd recommend uBlock Origin. Alternatively you can sign up for youtube premium and pay a monthly fee to watch videos/listen to music without ads Anyway, the short answer to your question regarding the amount of ads is basically because youtube/google are greedy.
