The GREEN color of the water is not because is dirty 10:43 It has that color because that water has natural minerals to moisture the skin and strength the bones.
Cody the video of your first two days on the trip was amazing. Your tour guide seems to have a fantastic personality, sort of like a comedian at times. Great video, keep up the Great work.
My mind was blown when you said this was your first time doing a trek. There's no way. Awesome video by the way, you really made me want to go trekking myself. ¡Aguante Perú!
Awesome video guys! Great adventure! Lots of useful info as well. Spectacular scenery! You certainly make this amazing trek look like so much fun; but, also note the awareness of altitude sickness and fitness for this trek. Again, your personalities shine through which makes this a more personable experience for your audience. Travel show worthy for sure. High, high quality video
The Peru Mtns are beautiful, I can't talk and climb mtns at the same time because of the lack of oxygen, I don't know how you do it without passing out... good for you. I always wanted to visit Peru but I won't need to now because of the gorgeous photography and narration... Good job
5000 meter is something a median athletic person can get with out too much problems. You can see they are ascending at slow pace, without loads in their backs and 5 hrs/day trekking
Cody , this was the most epic of all of your hiking adventures . You look like you were born to do this . I like every thing about you , your sense of humor , your clothes style , you seem like your an awesome guy which I’m sure you are . I think I mentioned before that I really like the beard your growing , you remind me of my grandsons 😊😍
Oh “Wow Cody ! .. This’s Heavenly soo spectacular place.. One adjective I would like to say “BEAUTIFUL “best Video ever , fantastic. Enjoyed watching, thank U kindly 👌👏👍
This series has been truly amazing, stunning views, fantastic guide, the cultural knowledge. I am so grateful to you and Michael for sharing your journey to places I have dreamed of traveling and now am unable to.
4 days? That's a picnic, not a hike. We took 17 days to get around Huayhaush. We didn't get lost, we just didn't want it to finish. I'm really enjoying Cody's videos, they ring true, and he puts a big smile on my face.
I thought I was going to die when I was in Ottawa in minus 40 celcius with the wind blowing about 60 to 80 km per hour. I was walking into the wind and sweating like I was running a marathon as well as being completely bundled up.
I'm really liking the new style of video, I think you picked up a lot of new ideas from that show that you and Josh did. The last few videos have that sort of travel adventure TV show feel to them, I also like how you managed to sneak in a few quick little interviews in the last few videos. Keep up the amazing work buddy.
I walked for about five hours the other day and got caught in some heavy rain as I walked out of La Victoria, Cundinamarca, and my phone (camera) has been complaining about moisture in the USB port for days since. I need some good equipment. I could have made a nice RUclips video out of that, but apart from not having much photography experience, I was also carrying a small dog much of the way, so I don't know how I would have gone trying to take video at the same time.
Well, that's how Coca Cola started. But I only tried the commercial coca tea bag (and stopped at one). It was just like a normal herbal tea, as far as I noticed, but obviously a much lower dose than people chewing a mouthful of them.
That is what it is. It is energetic, regulates your heart beat, stops your hungry, gives you energy, stops your high altitude sickness and no matter how much you chew, you won't get high. Perfect for when you are fooling around in the andes, like these guys. The coldest season in the andes is the dry season although it is better than the raining season where the rain annoys while walking.
Cody, if you get a chance on your travels to pack a copy of Aldo Leopold’s “A Sand County Almanac” I believe it will open up a whole new world for you like it has for so many of us that love the wild outdoors. I love your videos, btw.
Some tourist they got lost in the past so in order to protect them from possible emergencies it is better to take a guide to do it in a safer way. You won't regret it. As you can see many people are not too fitted so better safe than sorry.
These places you are sharing with us Cody are so beautiful, I have just one question, 1. Why do you only have less then 400,000 subs? Well I'm sharing on my Facebook page, hopefully this will help your channel.👍🙂❤
So… where is part 2? I just finished this 47 mile hike and was very disappointed to have seen “don’t miss part 2” but never able to find that “part 2”, where the hike starts to get real hard.

Darryl Kinslow Ottawa can get pretty rough in Winter 🥶

Muy hermosas montañas y lagunas todo es perfecto
We went to Peru about 9 years ago and I promised myself that I would return to hike the Inca Trail!
That's really nice. I was in Cusco with my family, so couldn't do any long hikes.
I'd love to get some drone shots of where I am now on a mountain in Colombia, but nowhere near as high and as picturesque as that.
I walked for about five hours the other day and got caught in some heavy rain as I walked out of La Victoria, Cundinamarca, and my phone (camera) has been complaining about moisture in the USB port for days since. >Peru's Most Daring Hike
Not really, the Waywash hike in northern Peru is like Ausangate on steroids
Its Huayhuash man
Actually the alpine circuit of the Huayhuash is the most difficult one. More passes and two glaciers to cross. Worth it !
Good video. Beautiful Cusco.
Wow! So beautiful view!
Nice video. 've seen the video again, after two years.
Cody, did you need a guide for this hike or could you do this on your own?
4 days at 5000m, you definitely need a guide
Some tourist they got lost in the past so in order to protect them from possible emergencies it is better to take a guide to do it in a safer way. You won't regret it. As you can see many people are not too fitted so better safe than sorry.
