It looks like we had the same muleteer when we did the trek. He always had a big smile on his face and made camp a more lively place, especially after a long day on the trail 😁. Beautiful video, thank you for sharing. I am doing this trek in the coming May. Feeling excited and scared of the altitude. Would like to ask, how many days was spent acclimatizing in high altitude before you did the trek?
I was in Cusco for 10 days before and did few shorter hikes before this. I think our 2nd day hike was a bit intense, see if you can find an itinerary that's more gradual.

I think to eat more simple carbs instead of meat and veg, also a more gentle itinerary

嗯这次徒步每天的行程比珠峰更长，也没有适应期，所以虽然短但还是很硬核的。

Yes, I took diamox before the hike but still got sick the second day 😢
