I remember being on the beach at Newborough Forest in the Heatwave of 1976. The sand was too hot to walk on. Burnt the soles of my feet and got bitten by a horsefly.
We holidayed in Anglesey ever year from 5 years old to 16 years old. And I've been back so many times. My Auntie lived in Moelfre and her ex, my uncle lived in Benllech. Always had some great days

Hi my late dad used to live in Benllech Bay, and I spent many happy times on the beach there with my dog, my dad used to say its great driving in Anglesey because it's only about 25 miles across so you can't get lost, and if you go too far you fall off the edge, I miss those days, he's been gone for about fourteen years now, loved this vlog, it brought back memories xxx

Holly head. Tray arder beach, Traeth (tri th) means beach in Welsh, I can't spell Benllech in English as it has double L and CH which is too hard to explain! Glad you went to Newborough beach - that is just the pinnacle of Ynys Mon for me - natural beauty beyond what you'd expect

I love llandwyn island. Stunning place. I 1st dropped on it as it was used for a ewan mcgregor film that was portrayed to be filmed in the scottish islands. Seeing as you asked the question i personally prefere the hour long vids. I can sit back and relax watching them. Just my personal preference to be honest. That's not taking anything away from your shoter videos

If you learn the Welsh alphabet it will help you pronounce the names of where you are 😁 👍

The welsh language is really confusing 😂
I am currently living in south wales not many people around here speak welsh only the odd few
But I am learning welsh on duo lingo etc
And we have had so many people pronounce words and it sounds so funny
So leading the alphabet is good! ❤

When you see a sign in Wales saying Traeth Beach it's a sign in Welsh and English. Traeth is Welsh for the beach.
