This video still pops into my head randomly every few years and I have to track it down again. I still love it as much as when I first saw it a decade ago.
I saw this when it first went up, and I have periodically returned to it over the years since. This video is still mind-blowing, and I still enjoy the song just as much. I think it deserves WAY more views than it has.
The word "genius" gets thrown around a lot... Socalled was always prodigious. How he isn't a well known name in every Canadian household is beyond me. All in good time, I guess.

Socalled does sample a lot of music, but on this particular track C-Rayz Walz made the vocals specifically for this song, no sampling. I believe the girl isn't sampled either, but when you hear the old Jewish dudes singing and humming in the background, I think that's sampled.
